Ordered some weights for son in law’s…
Ordered some weights for son in law’s birthday. Was given a day for delivery by their preferred courier DX. I took day off work as was given an all day window for delivery as Gymmaster don’t pay the little extra for a delivery slot. Received a message from courier in late afternoon saying unable to deliver. I had to reschedule another day and the same thing happened. Two wasted days sat in waiting. Today (day 3) I called courier midday who kindly inform me that they can only deliver parcels up to 21kg. They reiterated Gymmaster are well aware of the terms and conditions of this agreement and with my parcel being 32.5kg it will never be delivered. I have wasted 3 days of A/L waiting for a parcel.

DX express have successfully delivered thousands of this item for us and we can confirm that what you were told by their agent is incorrect. The DX operator you spoke to has badly let us down on this occasion, providing incorrect information about maximum weight limits and this has been escalated to their senior management.
We do also pay for a premium next day delivery service and you should be notified of a delivery slot without any additional fee. Please can you get in touch to let us know what made you think otherwise. You certainly should not have been asked to pay extra at any stage. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the very poor level of service provided by your local DX depot. We have automatically refunded your delivery fee along with a partial refund for your item.

I have used Gym Master since I opened my gym 3 years ago. I am so impressed with the software but MOSTLY the customer services is impressive beyond measure. They always answer my questions, remain patient with me when I am struggling to find something right in front of me and go above and beyond to help. Gym Master always communicate when there is a holiday and they won’t be available. The program is everything I need and relatively simple to use.

Opened all packages no nuts and bolts with package, I called gym master to be abruptly told you ordered off amazon i can no longer continue this conversation, I am appalled at that reply, I now have a cable machine all over the place unable to build it.

I have just bought the cable crossover machine for my home gym. Ordered on the Wednesday delivered Thursday minus 1 box but this come on the Friday morning. Fantastic customer service and the machine is exceptional quality and relatively straightforward to put together it was better than I thought it would be for the price
