Great value machines!
The cables machine is very good value for money - I’m really impressed. I had an issue with a couple of the weight plates having splits in the plastic which was swiftly resolved by the CS team.

Excellent product, delivery and price…
Ordered a set of 100kg bumper plates and 6ft international bar. Delivery was super quick and efficient, driver even unloaded outside my gym. The quality is excellent and feel as good as any large commercial gym plates. The 6ft international bar is great as can be used on a rack without huge overhang either side. Price very competitive too! Thanks!

Ordered three items in one transaction
Ordered three items in one transaction.
Unfortunately, the first delivery attempt was missed which meant I had to re-arrange for the delivery. Used the courier link to re-arrange for the following day. Only 1 of 3 items delivered as ridiculously each item was given a different tracking reference rather than being sent as one delivery so, a 3rd delivery attempt has been required for a single order. We are sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your delivery.
The three items you have ordered were unable to be sent in the same parcel, and therefore each parcel has to have it's own delivery tracking code. This way, if a single box is damaged or lost it does not impact the whole delivery.
After being unable to deliver all of your parcels on the first attempt, I can see that the parcels were then attempted separately. I apologise for this inconvenience.

Ordered two items on New Years Day
Ordered two items on New Years Day - a cambered swiss barbell and some roller J cups. They were delivered on the 3rd, I couldn't believe it! Unreal timings especially given the time of year. I was expecting to wait at least a week.
The quality of the products is good. For the price, they are excellent. I had some small cosmetic defects on the barbell, but like I say, the price is unbeatable so it is what it is. I'll be ordering a few more things now.

Excellent customer service - package was damaged in transit leading to a couple of parts falling out the box. Emailed the team on a Sunday, received a reply within a couple of hours and new parts delivered first class within 36hrs. Problem very easily fixed, would highly recommend.
