Yet another delivery delay/ lost
Yet another delivery delay/ lost . Previous delivery was damaged with items missing.
This delivery I was told 3 different days for delivery and every one was a no show, now it’s missing?? A 6ft barbell has been lost?!?!?
Sort it out gym master use a different courier!
Send a replacement asap and stop waiting for them to try and find it . If they do they can return to you. Don’t leave the customer waiting…… poor customer care.

I can confirm that we are shipping a replacement bar to yourself today, on a next working day delivery service.
I can confirm that we have raised this delivery with our courier account manager, as this is not how we would expect our courier to handle our deliveries. They have let us down badly in this delivery and your feedback is going to be passed onto them. Unfortunately DX must also make sure an item is missing before sending out a replacement, because this stops the possibility of both items being delivered in error.

Not only this, but I ordered the wrong product and I only realised this a month later when coming to put it in my home gym. Gymmaster and Alexis were brilliant and within a week had allowed me to return the product, refunded it, and allowed me to reorder the correct product.

I have no problem with Gym Master…
I have no problem with Gym Master products after buying several items this year
I did however have a flat bench that developed a curved line all the way down the centre of the pad but they replaced the pad so I can not fault them and there customer service was excellent

Gym Master = Quality
I conducted extensive research before I found gym master and how their equipment would fit in my home gym. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their products. Their customer service is impeccable and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Their couriers could be better, but as a business, their equipment is reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I’m sure I will use them again as I continue to add to my home gym space.
