The worst equipment I've ever used
The worst equipment I've ever used! They sell bars with locking nuts that come loose and pose a risk of falling weights. They don't accept returns. THIS is much better equipment and much cheaper. Don't waste your time and money shopping here.

Bought a gm2 Bench recently
Bought a gm2 Bench recently, decent build quality. Up to now I’ve tested it to 140kg and it’s very sturdy with nice rigid padding. Assembly was easy too and it arrived on time

Parts Missing. Poor Customer Service
Item arrived in damaged box with parts missing. I strongly suspect the item had previously been returned as the cardboard/shrink wrap with the screws, nuts, bolts and washers was opened (hard to see how that could happen transit). Customer service person was rude and insisted it was not a return and blamed everything on the courier. No apology offered. Poor service and I have decided to use Northern to fit out the rest of my garage gym instead of gym master.

Fantastic quality gym equipmemt
I bought the GM3 squat rack with the additional rack extension along with a compatible dip bar, multi-grip pull up handle, adjustable bench, landmine attachment and safety straps. For the price I have 0 complaints. I don't mean that due to the low price I am happy to accept lower quality because that is not the case. The quality is exceptional. The customer service and delivery speed also was better than expected. If you're interested in setting up a home gym I would absolutely recommend Gym Master, not as a budget alternative but to a viable competitor to other brands that cost upwards of 25% more.

Excellent products backed by outstanding customer service
I recently purchased the GM1 power rack, an Olympic barbell, and some weights from Gym Master, and overall I’m extremely impressed.
The power rack itself is very well built and high quality, solid, sturdy, and exactly what you want for a home gym setup. The barbell and weights also feel premium and durable.
My delivery arrived in 5 parts but only 4 turned up, so I contacted customer service via email. They were very quick to respond, kept me updated, and sent out a replacement barbell clip which arrived promptly.
When I later started assembling the rack, I realised the instructions were damaged. I contacted customer service again and, once more, they responded quickly and sent me an electronic version of the instructions without any hassle.
Mistakes can happen, but Gym Master handled everything professionally and efficiently. The products are excellent and the customer service is top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily buy from them again.

Given the run around
Ordered a bench 2 weeks ago. Courier has clearly lost half of it. Gym master and courier given me the run around for over a week. Super frustrating. Haven't been gas lit like this for a long time.

Don't deliver to all of UK
I spent over an hour looking at products and then when I went to buy them, their website stated that they don't deliver to my address. If you aren't going to deliver to all UK addresses then at least make this clear in your delivery policies so people don't waste their time!!
