My recent experience
I've recently started collecting Girlpla models (anime girls model kits, similar to robot model kits like gundam) and Gunpla San has become my go to store pretty much immediately due to not only having the biggest stock available in the UK but the care and effort they put into their packaging to make sure your models arrive to you incredibly fast and always undamaged; despite ordering almost last minute they made sure my Christmas present arrived in time and today they shattered all my expectations once again by understanding i made a mistake on my orders and combining them the way i wanted and still getting them to me in less than 2 full days; if you're used to companies having pride in their work this might sound completely normal to you, bt in my limited experience this is a level of care that goes beyond and has firmly secured me has one of their loyal customers.
