On this occasion I needed to engage the returns process - not due to any fault in the instrument. The staff were friendly during the sales process, and understanding during the returns process. I would use again.

I have used Guitar Village for several purchases in the past and always been happy with their personal service. On this occasion they honoured a price match with a competitor and I know that when I receive the guitar it will have been subject to their pre delivery checks.

I appreciate the easy process of ordering.
I am now waiting for the delivery process, so I expect that to be good too.

I asked for a nice low action on my Martin D-18, and it was set up perfectly. This is the first, of many guitars I’ve bought, that didn’t require any adjustments at all. I could just play my new guitar, (which is amazing) without having to change the strings and adjust anything.

Guitar Village made buying a guitar from the UK and having it shipped to Europe super easy. Communication was fast and clear, shipping prompt and the product arrived on the exact day it was supposed to. The guitar was perfectly set up
