Denial of damage done
At Autoglass Guildford, after my Tesla's windscreen replacement, I made a superficial check of the new windscreen and interior before I signed for the work done. But when I drove off I found that the driver's side sun visor clasp had been broken. I returned to report this to the person who had done the work. He immediately denied it and was thoroughly unpleasant. He told me to report it to customer services but refused to give me his name. I am the only driver of the car. I always keep the visor down (and it was up) so I have no doubt at all that he did the damage. My insurers only deal with Autoglass, so I had no option. Beware!
