A long, difficult process only brought to a successful conclusion because of the hard work of Lauren in the Yeovil office.

Langport office marketed our home - and sold us our new one! We were pleased they seemed to know their properties and their clients. They suggested properties to us that were potentially coming to the market, and we know they did the same with our house, following up potential purchasers who had viewed similar properties. Our eventual buyers weren't the easiest to deal with and nor were either party's solicitors, but with good communication and timely interventions, we got there in the end. Thanks Chris and Cher.

From the very start of our journey of moving from Oxfordshire, Callum helped accommodate viewings of our new home around the dates that we could travel down which was so helpful for us. Once we had an offer agreed which Gail handled perfectly in securing the house, Billy introduced himself to us as our sales progression manager and honestly he was an absolute godsend!! He communicated with us regularly and chased things when we needed him to! On the day of our move we did have some issues due to solicitors errors but he was on it and did not let up until we had our keys. I did go into the office a few times on completion day as I was a nervous wreck with my son and cat in the car but Isla had a lovely chat with me and was a pleasure to spend time with. All in all buying a house is stressful but they all made it a much better experience 😊

The communication throughout the whole selling process was excellent. We had at least one call per week giving us an update on, not only our sale, but the rest of the chain. It took a lot of stress out of the process for us

Excellent communication and support throughout the sales process from the Yeovil team. Team visited the house before going on the market to familiarise themselves with the property and have information to hand on viewings. Not always the case when we were viewing other properties! Our sale was managed by Lauren who updated us at every stage and worked with both solicitors and agents to move the chain forward where perhaps progress could have stumbled. Our experience was only positive hence 5 stars!

Jon at the Ivybridge branch was amazing and supportive. He made sure the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house ran smoothly. An asset to the company.

I recently dealt with Peter Rixon of the Antique Salesroom department who gave me exemplary customer service and is a real credit to the company. Peter is clearly very knowledgeable and went above the call of duty to help out. I highly recommend him and very grateful for the service he provided.

Spoke to James , nothing but a pompous little fool , knew nothing about what I was asking even though they were selling it , I would never used them again his tone and manner was shocking for what I thought was a reputable company he even was laughing when I said no Thankyou
