Outstanding
I needed some advice/reassurance about the correct HT leads for a V8. I made one phone call, after a quick discussion, the correct wire was established and the product code provided. I ordered the wire and other items that evening (Thursday), the order was confirmed as being processed at 8am the following morning and dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class at 11am. I received the parts at 9am Saturday morning.
Happy customer and I would recommend this company to anyone.

No Goods, No Communication
I ordered some fuel line components on Sept. 10, and received a confirmation by email. My credit card was charged. After two weeks with no shipping information, I asked for status. No reply. Over the following weeks I sent a total of 6 requests for order status, still no reply.
I had to request the credit card charge to be reversed by the issuer.
