We’re sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it must have been.
This order was placed over the Christmas and New Year period, when our main supplier (NGK) was fully closed. This caused unexpected delays and also limited our ability to get updates, which unfortunately affected our response times — something we genuinely apologise for.
We are not scammers or fraudsters. Green Classic & Vintage Spares is a legitimate classic parts business, and normal service resumed as soon as our suppliers reopened.

not very good when they advertise something as genuine german and you get made in india very disappointed ........... a picture says a thousand words on your website the picture said bosch Germany , lots of reports that the indian spark plugs ar not up to bosch standard, and then you had the audacity to say you would not pay the return postage.and you are saying i should have asked for something produced in that country how would i know they were not produced in germany if you advertised they were in the picture' usual poor company

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. We’d like to clarify that Bosch is a German brand, but like many global manufacturers, some Bosch spark plugs are now produced in other countries, including India, in Bosch-owned factories. These are still 100% genuine Bosch products and meet the same quality standards.
“Genuine Bosch” refers to the brand authenticity, not the country of manufacture. The country of origin is set by Bosch, not by us.
If you’d prefer a product made in a specific country, please contact us before ordering and we’ll always do our best to advise.

When I I try to make contact with the company I'm completely ignored. Emails ignored.
Bypass this company they may be slightly cheaper but it will cost you double in the the end.
