Bought this for my grandmother and setting it up was very simple. The operation is also very user-friendly for the elderly. She's very pleased all around.

The phone came in perfect condition! All the cell phone accessories which is exactly what I expected are also packed in the box.

Support often responds but it is very difficult to solve the problem and the financial loss is large

As for the phone itself, a piece of art. The features it provides are great and the difference in dexterity is nonexistent.

I can tell you that this phone was worth the wait! The battery lasts a solid day and that's with regular usage throughout the day. The colors are vibrant and comfortable too.

I ordered an electric scooter on 20.07.2024. but it still hasn't come. I trust that I haven't been scammed because I already transferred the money.

When I opened the package, It was in perfect condition! Not a scratch to be found on any part of the phone. It looked brand new.

Phone came in however it was missing the S Pen, I contacted them about it and they replied and found a pleased solution within minutes. I'll be aiming to get any future phones from Gshopper.

gshopper is currently offering new customers a 20% discount, to be used on their first purchase. In principle, you just need to subscribe to their newsletter. I have done that and downloaded the app and registered a profile. I didn't get the discount, I sent two emails and they didn't reply to the second one. After that I dare not buy anything from them. If they respond with something and help clarify the situation, I will amend the review.

I keep receiving SPAM from Gshopper Modishworld every few days to prompt me to complete a purchase which I decided not to pay. It is very annoying despite sending emails asking to stop this SPAM. No results at all and, moreover, some emails indicated to contact customer service, are returned with the message delivery not possible.

Very frustrating and no one to respond. I am glad I did not buy anything from this company. Keep away from it.
