Very bitter coffee

Very bitter coffee. Contacted company who said send a photo of packaging, which I did. Three months ago. Despite reminders to them not a word. Definitely not recommended.

Not overly impressed

Not overly impressed, 2 out of 4 bags ordered were ok, but the peru blend was very bitter, and washed out, i appreciate tastes vary between people, but i can get better coffee for half the price in Aldi.
So for that reason im out

Customer service is slow. Can’t comment on actual coffee

Ordered coffee and realised I had the wrong address on the ‘shop’ app. I did email Grumpy Mule within a minute to advise of this and request that they update my address.

Unfortunately, customer service only responded after the coffee had been dispatched and advised that they wouldn’t be able to help.

Hopefully someone is enjoying it somewhere.

Due to the slow and not particularly helpful customer service I won’t be ordering from here again.

Sorry to spoil the party

Sorry to spoil the party, but the Colombian I bought and ground this morning is average at best. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's pale, dry, flavourless and a disappointment. Crazy rip off in Budgens too!

V fast free delivery

(Surprised to be the first reviewer!)
My order just arrived 26 hours after I ordered it! free delivery (over £25), and because I ordered 6 packs it worked out the cheapest place to buy them. I buy this brand because it’s organic and they have Swiss water method decaf.
I have bought this coffee many times. But I would love to see more variety of decafs, for example a stronger one.
