I purchased several lights for myself and for many clients. I won’t use anything else. They have been responsive (within 12 hours) and have a very good product. PPFD is on par (pun intended). I will continue to use these lights and services as long as I can!
I purchased from these guys. What a waste of time. Each day I get an email saying they have shipped goods or they are going to ship goods. I had to open a dispute with paypal which is still ongoing. Definitely buy somewhere else and save yourself all the hassle
I ordered a light from them - it tooks ages. When I've asked to cancel the order, all of a sudden the light has been "manufactured" (yeah like they produce the lights as you order them) and they were afraid they could not reimburse me. When I insisted, they pretended the item was to be shipped...
So they're slow and once you ask to be reimbursed all of a sudden things are "speeding up" - sure thing is they were definitely not willing to reimburse me.
Hopefully I paid via Paypal and had to create a conflict so the seller would finally respect my rights and reimburse me. As of today, they say they would, I still don't have the paiement yet...
I'd assume things would be different if you live in North America.
If you are in Europe, even though they have an office in France, they seem to be act like if they were above the laws...and don't expect them to ship fast... And shipping is *very* expensive for a "free trade country" that we have agreements with.

This person is not an honest person! He bought our ECO Farm 3.3'*3.3' Essential grow tent kit-220W LM301B Waterproof quantum board, and then we gave away 2PCS free 120W LED grow light, because he lives in Puerto Rico, so these products are from China to Puerto Rico His total FEDEX shipping cost is $255, he paid a total of $650, but because his package was inspected by the customs before boarding the plane (this is not under our control), his package was delayed for 10 days. During this period, he applied for Claim to Paypal, and then Paypal has refunded $650 to his account, but our package is already on the way and has arrived in Puerto Rico, and then he said that he can pay us again after receiving the package. Due to the delay in logistics, we decided to charge him only $600, but he has deleted our contact information after receiving the package, and then never reply to our message! We lost the product and lost the freight! This is the truth!

Communication is good. I recieved a free led light with my recent purchase. Shipping takes some time but from China what can you expect. I haven't recieved my item I purchased yet but am looking forward to it. Seems like a quality company can't wait to see what their products can do.

while I was in search for LED lights for my organic vegetable grow, I was referred to this web site. as the prices were low, I was very skeptical. being scammed before by others, made me think this one is fishy. Than I saw the option to pay with PayPal. with this, I know I have a buyer protection, so decided to give it a try. shipping was a bit on the high side, yet, the price difference made it worth placing an order. package arrived very well packed, all was in place. must admit I was checking each day with customer service and they were very attentive, tried to relax me and as they promised, it all went well.
