Products are as advertised, I found the company through an ad that popped up in google so I was initially hesitant but decided to give it a try and glad that I did. Very unique design, pieces seem high quality, shipping was a lot faster than I expected and the packaging was immaculate. Have ordered several items and will continue to do so in the future!

This company is the worst! They will refuse a return if their product arrives defective. I purchased their smoke kit and the torch did not work. I simply asked if I could keep the kit but exchange the torch since it wouldn’t light, but the rest of the kit was fine. I thought I was doing them a favor by not requesting a return of the entire kit. They refused. They would not accept a return of either the single part or the entire purchase. It is their policy to refuse any and all returns, period. Be warned, if there is a problem (e.g., a broken glass perhaps), they will not accept any responsibility. Any purchase with this company is entirely at your own risk.

Dear all at Tsuki Glass
I received my delivery today and I cannot express enough on how happy I am with the purchase. I got the 6 glass set and decanter and they all are absolutely gorgeous not only to look at but to hold. The two extra glasses received were of a slightly different cut but I love them just as much. I'm keeping the full set and decanter for some really good Japanese whisky and the two as a gift will be used for my usual Scotch.
I was also impressed with the packaging. SSo much care packing individual boxes of glass and the decanter and top, beautifully wrapped in a black wrapping making it perfect as a gift. Everything was safely packed in one large box which had no specific markings on it. I loved that for two reasons, prevents theft, and it also means it is perfectly packaged as a gift.
I was definitely not expecting them to arrive for at least 2 weeks, I only placed the order earlier this week and I got it today, Thursday. Your sales and communications team members have been a pleasure to deal with.
i don't often take the time or make the effort to send complimentary emails like this but you definitely deserve every accolade. Well done and I will be buying from you again.

The whole experience was very easy from ordering to delivery. My husband would say these are his favourite glasses, for the look and also for how they feel in the hand.

The delivery and response from customer service was ok. Package arrived but was not premium. Just what you would get from wayfair. However, im my opionion glasses are not crystal.
They are moulded glass and look ok from a distance but not what I expected.
No certificates of conformity
No care instructions
Not one edge is cut....so if you want to pay £12 / glass for something worth £2 then go ahead.
So many glowing reviews shows that its a con. Yes....if price is too good to be true it 99% is!

It is hard to explain the beauty of these glasses.Everyone that comes to my house admires them. I have bought an extra small glass hutch to display them. If anyone loves to have a good and beautiful glasses. Choose tsuki glasses believe me you will not be disappointed. Thank you tsuki glass for that beauty. Brigitte Boulton

I love the glasses but very disappointed when I have tried to order and it is like bait and switch. On several occasions I have tried to order from one of your deals and when I check out seconds later it is not available. The offer changed. Not good business. I would have ordered more but decided against it because of this.

These glasses are perfect! They fit into your hand naturaly, and are very solid, helping to retain the temperature of the whisky.
They are a great talking point, and just look amazing!
