Great communication post purchase.

I recently purchased 3grounding sheets (and received a free mat) from Groundingwell. Within 24 hrs I realised I had made a mistake and contacted the support email to request a cancellation. They responded quickly but said that the order had already been processed. I was worried that it would be shipped from China and take weeks. I believe however that it came from the US and it arrived in a week. I am still unsure as to the benefits of the one sheet I have tried but my review is basically to applaud them for excellent communication (thank you Natalie) They seem a genuine company and I would trust them if you are debating whether to order.

Felt the effects within minutes!

I got a family member and friend the bed sheets, & they are raving about them! I also got the grounding mat for myself & use it every night when I am decompressing in the living room after work! We all are very happy with our items!

Incredible difference!

We took the grounding sheet away with us on holiday. I wake a lot during the night and my husband normally wakes at 3am and then struggles to get any more sleep after that, despite using sleep apps, listening to gentle music and listening to audio books. Both of us slept 8-9 hours without waking more than once and going straight back to sleep, every night. My aches and pains were a lot less too. We have recommended it to many people and are about to order the fitted sheet ourselves.

This method doesn't work for me

I used the grounding sheet for 2 weeks. I found no difference in my sleep pattern or energy level.

I am a hot sleeper, and I found the sheet material (which doesn't breath) to be uncomfortably hot. I agree with grounding, but this method does not work for me.

Not recommended for high rise apartments...

Using the mat for less than an hour would give me a severe migraine and skin rash. I suspect that the mat is not suitable to ppl living in high rise apartments (like I do) where multiple units are sharing the same "Earth" wire so that it often carries "Dirty Electricity" (high-frequency noise) from every other apartment, elevator, and air conditioner in the building. Definitely not recommended for ppl living in the metropolitan cities.

Besides, the 90-day money back guarantee is literally not applicable to overseas buyers, as you would be required to send the mats back to a specified PO box in the US, despite the fact that the products were originally sent to me from an address in Guangzhou, China.

It works!

After seeing positive reviews from IG, I decided to try with the Grounding Mat. It took nearly a month to arrived from China. Within a few days of using, I could sleep better, don't feel sluggish or lethargic, don't feel bloated, the mind is more focus. Truly it works. I would not recommend

I would give zero stars if I could!

I haven’t been able to use my grounding sheet because the uk adaptor provided with the product was broken when I opened the package.

I have contacted. Customer service 3 times via the website and by replying to one of the many sales emails I received after ordering, but have not had any response.

This is not a cheap product but the adaptor is very poor, and as explained is broken and unusable.

Overall a highly disappointing purchase and no I would not recommend.

A positive impact on health and well-being.

The quality and effectiveness of the products have been a cornerstone pillar of their worth. After having obtained the bed sheets, grounding mat and socks, ultimately even the shoes have been acquired, and the results have been great with each tool. Resting well and grounding is very important for health and wellness, and all the products have proven to increase health and wellness. Issue with order. No Response From CS

Sent the wrong sized sheet and no grounding cable. Emailed them and still NO response received. Just avoid buying from them.

Update 31/03/26 - After posting this review and no other information email responses started to appear in my inbox. Will it all be sorted out without further issues only time will tell.

It took time to get the USPS tracking and eventually that happened.

However, USPS did not have accurate information on when it would be delivered, that is a USPS issue!

I did, however, receive my package yesterday with everything I ordered.

Exciting!!!! Cannot wait to try them!

I used the testing device I ordered to make sure my place is grounded before any next steps are taken.

Great news my place is properly grounded!

Thanks to this handy device, I know I can plug my mat and sheets into the wall outlet, and they have what is needed to work properly!

I recommend getting this handy device because if your place is not properly grounded the products can't work, and you won't know that unless you have the outlets you're going to use tested for grounding.

Now, to try out the grounding mat and sheets.

I will post my experience with these products after I have used them for a bit.

I am on a healing journey and have been working with Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs, and intentional nutrition with whole foods for nutrient dense food to assist in my health issues I have been struggling with for many years.

So far, I can say that everything I am doing right now on my healing journey has made massive improvements on my health and GroundingWell is now a part of my wellness journey!

I will come back and share my experiences and findings, and if they are as good as I hope they will be I am considering becoming an GroundingWell Ambassador!!

The lesson I learn so far in this experience with GroundWell is to have some faith and patience and things will work out in the end!

Might be a SCAM

I did not receive my package, because it got delivered back to them mid journey to my place (God knows why). I have written several emails to Grounding Well's support to either get a refund or solve the problem, and have not received any awnser at all!! SCAMISH behaviour TBH. 150 bucks lost. You can get the same technology someplace else...get it there.

EDIT: I have already sent 4 emails to support@ groundingwell.com reporting the issue!!!. Of course it has been more than 24 hours (way more!!) since I've sent all these emails!!
I have already sent 2 new emails considering the Groundwell reply on this post. Let's see what happens...

UPDATE: While they state they did awnser my former mails, no mail whatsoever was delivered to any of my folders, including Junk Mail, since I check them all twice a day. I just received a FIRST MAIL from them, after 6 mails sent, that my money would be reimbursed in the following 10 days... let's see if they deliver.

No sleep improvement and no improvement in body aches and stiffness

I used the Grounding sheet for about 6 weeks and it didn't do anything for me. No sleep improvement and no improvement in body aches and stiffness. I use a wearable device to track my sleep and that also showed no sleep improvement before and after using the grounding sheet. The whole concept seems like a bit of a hoax. Returned the sheet and got a refund.

More importantly, remove any sources of dirty electricity from where you use your grounding product. This can include charging cables and the power cords of electronic devices. Being further away from those cables may help bring your body voltage down to zero.

My grounding sheet is the best thing I've ever bought

I suffer with fibromyalgia and have had my sheet on my bed for two weeks now. The relief from pain during the night was instant for me. I've had painless nights since I first put it on my bed. I put mine under my fitted cotton sheet as it keeps it in place and clean.
I was also waking up very tired, even at 10 am but now I am ready to get up at any time between 7 - 7.30am feeling really refreshed.
I'm not sure about pain during the day yet, as I had to come off my pain meds and decided not to replace them with other pain meds. I would like to say the pain is easing. I'll see about updating my review in another couple of weeks.

The company promised more than was able to deliver

The company promised one grounding mat (worth 67€) if you buy two grounding sheets plus free gifts. What a fascinating offer! I grabbed it. When finishing the order, they also offered a 10% discount (abt 15€) for the first time order. Of course I used it; it's customary in my country that companies offer it. When the shipment arrived, there was no mat, no free gift.

So far, after three nights I see no difference re my health. But I see, "This is the last day this offer is available" has now been offered for at least three weeks; the price of the grounding mat is increasing. They also show a big sheet in a picture and when you order, only 50 cm wide sheets were available for me at the price of 149,31€ (two sheets). When selecting the size, the smallest size is 70 cm wide on their price list.
The company is not fully reliable according to my experience.

After the company's reply (which was mainly good) to my review I need to point out one fact that was not truthful there;

You were (purposefully?) mixing my two orders. It was my FIRST order (#GW994337 on 4 March) that I placed with the promise of a grounding mat for purchasing two sheets. After placing an order, the system offered a 10% discount, which is in my country perfectly normal for 1st customers. Nowhere was there a mention that using the discount is optional with the grounding mat. I certainly would have chosen the mat instead of a tiny discount. This kind of advertising is misleading and unethical.

My 2nd order (#GW1006335) was placed on 13 March and it contained the promised mat.

I do hope and trust you will renew your customer policy towards a more customer friendly approach.
