Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 123 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a truly great experience with this company and its medical services. Customers frequently praise the medical staff for their exceptional professional skills, thorough explanations, and genuinely comforting bedside manner throughout the entire surgical procedure. People also highlight the remarkably smooth service, quick appointment setups, efficient overall coordination from start to finish, and complete confidence in successful treatment outcomes. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with administrative services and poor communication during their recovery periods. A few reviewers felt that appointment scheduling, desk staff support, and follow-up care fell well short of expectations and required chasing.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting…

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Mr Butt to discuss my degrading shoulder condition. Mr Butt is expert in explaining the medical diagnosis and options for consideration and supporting rationale. He is a gentlemen and takes his time to fully assess to ensure equal understanding, I would highly recommend to anyone seeking or needing his expertise.

A better outcome than I could have imagined

After years of problems and no longer term solution being offered by physios I ended up with a consultation appointment with Mr Sinnett.
Really delighted with the service, care and especially the outcome of my appointments for the issues I was having with my calves.
The treatment has resolved the problems completely to the extent that I’m now pain free and with much better movement than before.
Mr Sinnett was attentive, informative, responsive and better than anything else offered a solution which worked!
Couldn’t be happier.
Thank you

Amazing service by an amazing doctor

The level of care I received during my treatment with Mr. Mark Webb was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The after-care was also amazing with regular check ins and great advice moving forward. The team at the hospital kept me fully informed throughout the communication was excellent.

Mr Emeka Oragui

It came as quite a shock to know that I had a serious problem with my hip and needed a full replacement. I opted for the minimally invasive technique used by the wonderful Mr Emeka Oragui. Not only is he a fine surgeon, but he is so reassuring and gave me huge confidence. Everyone I encountered at the Nuffield Parkside - nurses, radiologist, physios - told me how fortunate I was to have had him. I could not agree more.

Calm, assured, kind Dr

Worked with James White after a traumatic shoulder dislocation and I truly believe he saved my life. He was calm, assured, kind and made me feel secure. I was well informed every step of the way and appreciate the entire experience. Very nice facilities too!

10/10 Acl surgery

The whole experience was awesome (besides the busted knee). Jenna, Mr Webbs assistant was easy to get hold of and very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Marks experience and knowledge shines through and gives you 100% confidence that you're in safe hands. Everything was super streamlined and stress free. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent Service and Skills

After struggling to walk any distance last year and in pain I saw Mark Webb who was kind and helpful. Had a total knee replacement in February which went very smoothly. I recovered very quickly afterwards and was able to walk by three weeks without any crutches or walking stick. The initial pre op pain was gone by week 3 and I have had only minor discomfort and aches since. With plenty of hydrotherapy and physio and a return visit to see Mr Webb I am more than delighted to say I’m getting my life back on track. I cannot recommend him highly enough and his secretary was lovely and also very helpful.

Excellent care

Excellent care from the outset. My surgeon was extremely thorough and made sure that all options were discussed. I had quite complicated shoulder surgery following a ski accident and within 6 months was back to full mobility and activities. Would highly recommend.

Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners provided…

Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners provided decent care overall. The staff are professional and helpful, ensuring the process goes smoothly. My experience with the surgeons was satisfactory, and recovery seems to be on track. While they are knowledgeable in their field, there’s room for improvement in some areas to make the service truly exceptional. Average experience overall.

Luke was professional

Luke was professional, reassuring, understanding of my son’s sporting recovery and understanding of our circumstances - we were self funding so he arranged his theatre schedule so my son didn’t need to spend a night in hospital which was great esp as he was only just 18 and so could come home.

Bilateral knee replacement

A massive thank you to Mr. Luke Jones for taking me, and my knees, on. My left knee (November 2024) was relatively straight forward. With hardly any pain post op I was able to fully function after 8 weeks. My right knee, done in January 2025 was considerably more complicated, even for someone leading in his field. It required using PSI and 5 weeks on I am using only one crutch when out and about and no support when at home. I am immensely grateful to Mr. Jones for taking on the challenge and giving me a pain free new lease of life. Mr Jones is an exceptionally gifted surgeon who also takes his time to explain and to listen to the patient.

Mr Jayadev- thank you

Would like to express my gratitude to Mr Jayadev and his team.

Very impressed by all aspects of care provided- including his logical approach to my persistent knee problem, his clear explanation of the underlying cause and his honesty regarding future treatment options. His secretary Megan was also excellent throughout the pre- and post-operative period.

Would thoroughly recommend Mr Jayadev to colleagues, friends, family and those seeking a second opinion; he is clearly an expert in his field and has provided me with the best possible chance of a successful long term outcome, thereby safeguarding my career and livelihood.

10/10. Knee problems? No problem!

Mr. Jones was excellent in all aspects. He treated my knee like he would've treated his own. An excellent surgeon that put me at ease both prior and post op. He referred me to appropriate physiotherapists and we had check-ins to ensure my recovery was proceeding smoothly. If you've somehow been silly enough to ruin your knees, look no further than Mr. Jones. I don't think anyone ever says having surgery is a 10/10 experience, but this truly was.
