Mr. Hislop was very professional throughout. He was extremely thorough whilst explaining my condition and the pros and cons of operating on my hip as well as helping me to remain calm before the operation. The procedure went very well and Mr. Hislop popped into the ward several times to see and reassure me that all had gone well. The follow up appointments were very helpful and Mr. Hislop was always available if I had any concerns. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Mr Tim Sinnett was both very professional and affable. After an initial consultation, I had an MRI scan and appointment to review the scan results in the same week. He clearly explained my scan results in a way I could readily understanding, providing me with peace of mind.

Our experience with Mr Luke Jones and the team has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the level of care and attention provided to our teenage son has been outstanding. Pre-surgery meetings were handled with professionalism and clarity leaving us informed and reassured that our son was in the best possible care. The knee surgery itself was carried out with the greatest skill and it was evident our son was in the hands of a dedicated surgeon. Following surgery, Mr Jones has continued to provide support with compassion and attention to every detail of our son's recovery to continue his journey as an elite taekwondo athlete. My experience with Simon Hislop has been very positive - his manner; body language; listening ability and empathy.
His surgical skill is evidenced by the facts of no complications, minimal pain and my rapid recovery in walking ability.
Would I choose Mr Hislop again for any hip or knee surgeries? Yes, absolutely.

I had total confidence in Luke Jones and his medical team which was not misplaced.

The only issue I experienced was with HCA admin who did arrange my pre op procedure which resulted in a last minute intervention by Luke to resolve

I was seen by Dr Luke Jones for ACL surgery. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Felt completely at ease and very happy with how the surgery went. The care provided by all the team was fantastic. Highly recommend for ACL surgery.

I had partial knee replacement in both knees in April & June this year. The care and attention I received throughout this experience was exemplary. Luke Jones is the most experienced and brilliant surgeon you could have to take care of you. From initial consultation through to surgery and follow up checks he explained everything in detail, making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I felt completely at ease throughout knowing I was in extremely experienced safe hands. The whole team from his secretary Shona, the hospital staff and physio Jake were all so friendly, professional and excellent in the way I was looked after. I am so grateful to Luke for giving me back my life pain free, and even after 6months I am now walking normal and back to exercising. I would definitely recommend him if you are having any issues with your knees, you would be in very capable hands.

My experience with Mr Webb was great. He is very professional, proactive, and solution focused. I had been to two previous surgeons before being referred to him. He was very clear about the benefits and risk with treatment options and is a very good communicator. My quality of life has improved so much since my hip arthroscopy. I can’t thank Mr Webb and his team enough. Jenna, his PA, is so helpful and warm, she made any follow ups super easy.

The care I received from Luke Jones for a partial knee replacement was outstanding. From the surgery itself at The Lister to the aftercare, I was extremely satisfied. Luke is clearly one of the top knee surgeons in London and I would highly recommend him.

Shoulder surgery
I was operated on by David Butt. He was thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. The day of the surgery was also as good an experience as you could wish for. The One Hatfield team were extremely professional. Mr Butt himself was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly at every step in the process. I'm now 2 weeks after my operation and had m my scheduled post operative assessment this morning. Everything is progressing well and I'm very satisfied indeed.

My experience with Mr Luke Jones was outstanding. I had a challenge before with another surgeon on my first knee and it was a robotic version. Mr Jones recommended doing this using his own skill. He not only listened to my concerns, ensured I had the best medical care, took shorter time to recover, smaller scar and one year on have no complaints and walking amazingly. Mr White has treated my calcium plagued shoulder tendons. Have gone from excruciating pain to zero pain. What more can I say. Brilliant!

I saw Mr Sinnett for a long-term ankle impingement and I really can't praise him enough for the level of care, patience and understanding. Really grateful for the outcome I've experienced too. Would highly recommend!

Dr Oraguii was a professional, explain the procedure and provided help pre and post operation.

Saw Mark Webb about my very painful hip. He showed me the x-ray, explained everything clearly and answered my questions. I wish all contacts with health professionals were this positive!

I came to Dr. White after suffering a biceps rupture at the gym while performing a dumbbell curl. My biceps snapped at full extension, and I saw Dr. White the following Wednesday. He immediately arranged an MRI for Thursday, and by Monday morning I was already scheduled for surgery, which went extremely well.

During the initial consultation, Dr. White took the time to clearly explain my injury, the procedure, as well as the risks and benefits. He was polite, professional, and very clear in his communication—it was an excellent consultation. After the surgery, he also guided me through physiotherapy exercises that were crucial for my recovery and regaining mobility.

If you’re an athlete dealing with an injury, I strongly recommend Dr. White.

Luke Jones is simply the kindest, most empathetic and expert surgeon, if you have any knee issues, you could not be in better hands. He is brilliant, very very skilful and has a wonderful team around him. The preparation and detail he puts into pre Surgery care is amazing. I knew what to expect and the care plan afterwards was excellent. His Secretary Shona was very kind and helpful too, very efficient and reassuring. It is worth following all the guidelines to the letter.
I had my knee replaced 14 weeks ago and am so glad I did. My scar is perfect and I am getting fitter every week.
I have recommended Luke to everyone as I think he is absolutely at the top of his game and everyone from the nurses to the physios in the hospital said he was their favourite Consultant. They admire him hugely and as I found too, he is just super kind and seems to go above and beyond for all his patients.

Mr. Sinnett was super thorough in his description of my injury after reviewing my MRI, made his assessment for treatment and actioned the radiologist to administer my injection under ultrasound then and there and I was on my way home within 2 hours already having felt relief ! Moreover, he is rather pleasant and doesn’t over treat ! Looking forward to a full recovery .
