I don't not recommend purchasing from this company, they are a company based overseas. The shoes run too small they literally lost my order. It took over a month and a half to receive my order and to ship the product back for a refund would cost more than your actual purchase. Seeing how they are and company based overseas the most they were willing to do was a 10% refund of my purchase and a 20% of my next purchase. Which, needless to say I won't be ordering anything from them again.

i ordered a pair myself a month ago still haven’t received them yet i have gotten one email saying that my order is delayed because of the holiday no more email from them i am disappointed. I would like for someone to get in touch with me for that matter.i need an order number so i can call them my name is Andree

I wear orthopedic shoes which I normally get from Orthofeet. I have a variety of Orthofeet shoes and have been wearing them for years with no issues. However, I wanted something knee length which Orthofeet doesn’t have so I came across Groovy Wish who stated their shoes are orthopedic and they have knee high. The first pair I ordered, I was out when I saw the email stating it was delivered. I asked my daughter to go outside and pick it up. This was within 20 minutes of delivery. There was no package there. I immediately called the delivery company and they sent an email which I sent to Groovy wish and the shoe was replaced. I tried it on and it seemed a bit close but I decided it will be well. I ordered two more pairs and this time the delivery went well on the first pair. I could tell that this shoe was a very close fit but I decided to wear it anyway. I put one of my Orthofeet shoes in my bag just in case. Before I reached my workplace I had to take off the boot. The pain was unbearable. My toes were burning and my feet were crumpled in the shoes. When I put on Orthofeet, my feet breathed a sigh of relief. Groovy wish needs to make these shoes to the correct size and ortho shoes usually have a soft inside. Total waste of my money. Based on these reviews, I’m not going to waste time to return these shoes. I will look for someone who fits them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The shoes we received were not the same as ordered, and horribly uncomfortable. Their customer service took zero responsibility. After exchanging multiple emails over many days, they were willing to issue a refund if I paid the shipping cost back to Vietnam (more than the cost of the shoes). Needless to say I have taken the loss. This company is operating a scam! Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them! Buy something sold in this country, by a reputable company who will stand behind their sale.

These shoes have worked wonders. I have been wearing them for a week now while at work and my back pain has decreased. Love them!

1. Item was too small even though it was my normal size. And groovywish will not allow return for that reason. 2. Item cheap looking.
I would give zero stars if that was possible

First off, I did not realize that these shoes were coming from China or I would have never bought them at all, but my child picked them out. Secondly, when I realized they were from China, I was very concerned if there was any issues. They arrived shoved into my mailbox and could barely get them out then got the shock of my life to see the packaging. These shoes that cost over $70 were in a VERY flimsy see through bag with absolutely no protection at all. If I am going to pay for anything ESPECIALLY an expensive item like this, I expect packaging to protect my merchandise. I am just thankful no one stole these shoes during transit considering the contents were completely visible. My son has yet to try them on but scared to death they will not fit them I'm stuck with $70 closer dwellers since others reviews stated how expensive it is to send them back to this company. They need to make the fact they package them as they do known to all buyers and also indicate the fact that they are coming from China as well.

Totally disappointed! Sent the wrong size for the one pair and the other pair is so cheaply made. Sending them back would be to Vietnam even though the return address states Illinois. If you don't want a full refund with that return, you keep the crappy shoes and only get 30% back if what you paid. Totally a scam! Save your money and DON’T order from them.

This is a follow up to the review I posted last week. I received an email from their customer service saying, "As an apology from us, we will try to convince our payment department to refund 100% directly to your account if you agree to remove the review or leave a positive review for our store". Would I do that? NO! I am not a stupid customer who lets this happen to others and lets you continue your dishonest business. Now I understand how you get good reviews! Customers, if you value quality and honesty as much as I do, don't ever get caught up in this dirty game.

I should have trusted the reviews. The shoes are of very low quality, and the back slip that helps put them on ripped immediately. Additionally, I received the wrong size, and when I reached out, they did send me another pair, but it was the same size, so now I have two pairs of poorly made small shoes.

The Groovywish return/refund policy is restrictive, but you don't know that when you purchase. You can only buy their products based on the size chart given, there is no store where you can go try them on. If the shoes don't fit then the exchange/return policy is revealed. You must pay to send them back to the location of manufacture (Vietnam). From the US, the cost of shipping is usually more than the cost of the shoes. Buyer beware.

I am extremely pleased with the quality, and fit of the two pairs of sneakers purchased.

Ordered two pairs of 'winter' boots on August 21. I have yet to receive a tracking number. Sixteen days of waiting and I don't even know if they've shipped yet. No response to emails.

Cheap! The quality of these shoes are cheap and not worth the price. This company does not allow you to return shoes for money back only exchange size. Buyer beware!!!!! Don’t buy from this company

I ordered the white shoe with the neon yellow. I love them. They are lightweight, and I feel like I’m walking barefoot, which is why I purchased them. Most barefoot shoes have white bottoms of the shoe. I like that these are black, so they don’t look gross after one wear. The black also wraps up the shoe a tiny bit so I don’t show any scuff marks. I’ve had them for a month, wear them often, and they still look pretty new. I plan to wash them in the sink with a toothbrush, and they will be good as new.

This is a China company selling in the US, shipping from the US. However, if you wish to return something, then you must mail the item to China in order to get a refund. The cost to return the sandals I purchased was $28-$54 for 1 pair, depending on which method was used. Not to mention the weeks of waiting and hoping they would issue a refund. I would not buy from this company again. The quality of the product was below unacceptable, the customer service return procedure was also unacceptable.
