The shoes I ordered were exactly as described. Great quality and super comfy! I work in a warehouse so I am pounding concrete all day so I have to have food cushion and support. I've already ordered these boots in two more colors! Don't hesitate to buy!

ZERO stars!
Boots took almost 2 months to arrive, they were poorly wrapped and had an ammoniaa-like odor that was so strong I couldn't even tolerate the smell while trying them on. Groovywish will not accept my return. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Stop!!! Terrible customer service and Terrible shoes!!!

The boots I received fit perfectly! They are comfortable, easy to put on and I have received several compliments on them. They are really great to wear outside in the cold, yet comfortable enough to wear around the house when I have come inside from the cold and snow. I am so glad that they don't have the "fuzzy lining" that I have found in so many other boots, as this enable them to be worn indoors. Yet, because they are leather, they do keep my feet at a comfortable temperature when outdoors. Bottom line, I am really happy with my purchase. Fit is true to size.

No I just marked one star to write about this company being fraudulent. I lost sixty dollars on a gift for myself for my hard work in college hoping for a supportive boot. The bottoms were not even made from real tread. They had the audacity to ask me to either send them back which is a load of money or keep them and order another pair of my liking and I told them I would expose them because it was sixty dollars I could have utilized for a real pair of shoes. I am not made of money either but regardless they are disgusting and whoever wrote any positive reviews must be someone who is pushing and being paid to promote this scam of a so called shoe business online. Absolutely disgusted. Lesson learned to do better research on where a product is coming from. Shame on you Groovy Wish for robbing and taking advantage of people and their hard earned money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase anything from this website. It’s a joke. I did receive my boots finally, but they are ridiculous looking and fitting. When I looked in to returns, I now read that they don’t except any returns, just because you do not like the item. As long as they sent the size and item that you ordered , you’re stuck with them.
I’ll have to chalk it up to my fault of not checking out the reviews before I ordered. $47 down the drain. Perhaps I’ll be able to use them to feed the chickens in the mud. 😔

I never received my shoes. The company says I received them with no proof of that I did. We have a locked mailbox so the shoes weren’t stolen.
They have stopped answering my emails. So I have just lost money.
Terrible company.

Cheaply made product.
Sizes are made small - their idea of a size 10 is actually a size 9. When you need a refund they make you pay cost to ship it back to Vietnam.

I recently purchased a pair of waterproof leather snow boots from Groovywish and received them just as described.

IN ADDITION! I received an email asking me to remove my negative comment and they would give me $15! Beware of these positive reviews. Some may have SOLD OUT! Terrible Company! Don't pay attention to the positive reviews.

I got the same boots as everyone else’s poorly made uncomfortable and where the good reviews come from in their website!?? They probably made their own reviews.. I try putting my review up there but they deleted it. This company should not be in business or even saying that this boots are orthopedic complete lie. Worse shoes than the dollar store shoe for $5.99 at the dollar store last longer more comfortable.

Terrible company that admitted they lied about their product but still said we received the boots we ordered. The item we received looked nothing like the item online. What was described as leather ended up being a knockoff plastic material of some sort. Very uncomfortable and a completely different color. Advertised as having a large toe box but was extremely narrow. Don’t order from this company because you will not get what you ordered and their website is full of false advertising. This company should not be allowed to conduct business.

They are hard to get a response from when ordering my confirmation had the wrong size and color Iguess will have to wait until it delivers from China which was the mistake I made ordering from there and any Facebook vendors.

I purchased a pair of orthopedic boots that were advertised to offer "Instant foot pain relief" and a "wide toe box". I went by the reviews on the website and I should have researched further. What I have read on this site is closer to the truth. I spent $45 on the boot and I cannot wear them. They are not comfortable at all. Definitely not designed for people with bunions. The shape of the shoe at the toe is narrow and not forgiving. The return and refund policy is also useless. I thought I was purchasing from an American company. Turns out the boots are made in Vietnam. I basically wasted $45.

So disappointed!
The boots I bought from Groovywish a cheaply made and smell like chemicals. The ad said they were leather, but they are not. They are made of a plastic- like material. The ad showed the boots to be a warm brown and they came orange. I was taken again.

Shoes arrived squished into a plastic bag and stinking of chemicals. They are extremely cheaply made - not at all what they look like in the photos. They run so small- I can’t even get them on my foot! When I hold them up to another pair of shoes of the same size they are a good inch shorter. Their return policy states you have to email them requesting a return and send a photo. I did and they will only refund 20%! DO NOT buy from this company

I was a little weary of ordering, due to the questionable reviews of other styles, but I am SO glad I took a chance!!! These shoes are beyond comfortable and supportive! Not to mention how stinkin’ cute they are!!! The included insoles are impressive as well! I had bunion correction surgery about 2 months ago, and these shoes have given me the utmost comfort through the tricky transition back to walking. The only complaint is that I wish they got here sooner, but it was so worth the wait, therefore I’m still giving 5 stars!:)

I ordered two pairs of boots, and I wasn't satisfied with the description of leather boots (they are faux leather). However the company was excellent with their communication and made it right by refunding half of my purchase price and allowed me to keep the boots. I felt this was very fair.

This company is NOT reputable. The boots are crap. Not worth $1.00. They are not leather. They are cheap plastic. They look cheap. No quality. I just asked for a refund. From what I have read from all the other poor quality reviews they will not refund unless I mail to Vietnam which cost $66. - $100. Don't do it. Don't waste your money on this crap company. Unfortunately, the reviews on there site are all fictitious.
