Fraudsters!

The company does not comply with Danish law and provides no customer service.

I bought 4 new tires three weeks ago, which were delivered by courier after a few days. When I unpack the tires, I notice large bulges and distortions in one of the tires. I immediately take pictures and send a written complaint to Grip500.

They reject the complaint, claiming that there’s nothing wrong. According to them, the bulges and distortions will straighten out when the tire is mounted. I contact our local tire fitter, who has a different opinion. He believes there is a risk that the tire cannot be properly balanced due to the bulges and distortions. The same feedback comes from another local workshop.

I write to Grip500 that we do not agree with their assessment, and I request a replacement tire. This is rejected, and I’m told that if I want to return anything, it will be at my own expense. I’ve now been arguing with them for nearly 3 weeks. They refuse to help and also won’t sell me a new tire as a replacement for the defective one. I have offered to have the tire mounted to see if they are right, with the understanding that they would send a new tire if they’re wrong. They simply refer to the fact that if the tire has been mounted, it can no longer be returned. Regardless of what we do, I have simply bought the 4 tires as they are, including the bulges and distortions.

Their customer service is not Danish, so all communication from their side has been done through Google Translate. They have been downright rude and unpleasant in their language towards me as a customer.

I cannot in any way recommend people to do business with them.

When ordering the tire at Grip500 paid to have the tire mounted on the rim. But at the workshop where I picked up the tire they said they had no such agreement with Grip500. Wasted money. I had to go to another workshop and pay for mounting.

I want to make a complaint, I ordered 4 tyres and payed 5000sek and didn't get them still. It's been more then 2 weeks I've also emailed and still no response. This site is nothing but cheat and fraud!!! They have nerves to ignore all the messages and not been replying my mails, fb messages and now I want everyone to be aware of these fraudulent people.

Ordered 4 tires and received 3! after my complaint you inform me that you will refund the amount of the missing tire within 3 days! now it's 6 days and there is no money in my account! A real juice shop Grip500

Ordered 2 tires for delivery to Sweden. Tracking showed package went to Sweden then suddenly was returned. Found out later from DHL Shcenker that it was Grip500 that requested a return. I don’t know why. Then package got stuck at German postal office because they had no original sender adress.
So the tires are not moving anywhere and I cannot do anything about it and Grip500 will not refund me because the tires haven’t come back to them. Yet it was Grip500 that requested the return. If no further action from Grip500 is taken to sort this out then will advance to bringing in the authorities for possible fraud.

Update:

After many weeks so finally the "company" said they will refund my money. BUT -
Instead of crediting my Visa card that I paid with the required my IBAN /BIC_SWIFT to do it. Strange.
So I did. The day after they sent me (email) a "credit not". This is supposed to be some sort of document that shows they have credited me but no where on the document shows to where (My Account info wasn't there). Then the sent me another email and said the money will show up in my account within 72 hours.
A week later, still no money. When I wrote to them about this so listen what they wrote back!:

THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SCAMMING COMPANY trying to steal peoples money and hope they give up through all the BS.
Not me.
I have contacted the Visa-card issuer who are eager to help me and also am filling out a police report as I write this.

I order 4 tyres. Deliveried each Day like each onev:((very bad system to find out.
We got only 3 tyres in each days and we dont know about the last one .i have to change the tyre in apr 15 th before ,now got fine from police during the drive >>>>>>really disponent.

do not buy tires here. never got the tires and never got the money back. almost 2 months passed

WARNING!
The 24th of Juli 2022 I ordered 4 motorbike tyres. 2 arrived quite fast. 1 they send 600km from my adress. 1 have still not arrived and they refuse to refund or send me another one.
Now they tell me it's to late to make a claim and get a refund. I,ve been in contact with them since the 2nd of August 2022 till today (30/11-22) continously with several messenges concerning this matter.
My advice: Don't ever buy anything from this company, they may be cheap but they seems to send the tyres to adresses totally randomly and if you don't get your order they have no will to help you correct their misstakes.
They stole approximity €100 from me.

Problem with the delivery but after a lot of calls and emails I got the tires.

The right tires at the right price. But the promised 72h delivery turned out to be 6 days.

Easy to order and fast delivery.
