Disappointing and costly return experience with ABS Wheels
I had a very poor experience with ABS Wheels, mainly due to their return policy and how it is handled.
I initially ordered four tires as a Christmas gift from my stepdad. After receiving them, he regretted the choice and wanted Michelin tires instead. I therefore decided to return the original tires and ordered the new ones he wanted.
Only after this did I find out that ABS Wheels charges 300 SEK per tire for returns — a total of 1,200 SEK, which is close to half the value of the tires themselves. This information was not clear or obvious at the time of purchase.
To avoid the return fee, I personally drove the unused tires to the store. Unfortunately, I was told that returns must still be sent back to the supplier, and that the same fee applies regardless. In other words, returning them in person made no difference at all — I would be charged anyway.
While I understand that companies may have handling costs, this fee feels unreasonable and poorly communicated. The lack of flexibility and transparency left me feeling frustrated and misled as a customer.
Because of this experience, I would think twice before ordering from ABS Wheels again and strongly recommend that others carefully read (and question) the return terms before purchasing.

Vi vill förtydliga att informationen om returavgiften på 300 kr per däck finns tillgänglig både på produktsidan, i kassan, på orderbekräftelsen samt vid signeringen av beställningen. Det är viktigt för oss att våra villkor är transparenta – men vi är ändå ledsna om du missade detta vid ditt köp.
Eftersom vi använder externa leverantörer för lagerhållning och logistik, behöver även returer gå via våra fraktkanaler, vilket gör att avgiften kvarstår även vid inlämning på plats. Vi förstår att detta kan upplevas som stelbent, men det är tyvärr ett krav från våra logistikpartners.
Vi uppskattar att du tog dig tid att ge oss feedback – det hjälper oss att bli ännu tydligare i kommunikationen framöver.

Just excellent!
The entire purchasing process of my complete wheels went excellently!
From choosing on the website, contacting customer service, ordering and delivery.
I drive a VW ID.4 with different tire sizes on the front and rear axles so it was a bit tricky to order, but received quick and great help from customer service. Also compliments for the way the wheels were packed on delivery completely in protective material so that nothing was damaged during transport.
In short, ABS Wheels is an excellent company with service as it should be!

Probebly the WORST service i ever had, will never recommend this company!
The wheels i have ordered online, wasnt availeble at the moment, even i already have paid for them, so we got an agreement that they had some used and i would get 300:- discount and a packet of security bolts.
When I mount the bolts and the top breaks. When i reach out to the company they says i have mounted them wrong, even there isnt any instructions manual. So now i have mounted 2 bolts i cant get off, and they wont help with anything (oh yea, i can buy a new set), AND i havnt got my 300:- discount refunded.
What a JOKE!!

You mounted it wrong, contact your local mechanics for help. You dont need instructions for mounting bolts its common sense, in your case you did everything wrong. Next time mount it at our place our with the help of a mechanic or tire mechanic if you dont now how. Or at least call our experts for support before mounting.
