Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order normally on the website with a delivery address in Luxembourg, which was clearly accepted in the checkout form. However, the next day I received an e-mail saying that they are unable to deliver to Luxembourg after all.

I find this very strange and unprofessional. If delivery to Luxembourg is not possible, then the country should simply not be available during checkout instead of allowing customers to place and pay for an order before cancelling it afterward.

A complete waste of time and a very frustrating customer experience.
