What a great experience with this small little company very professional on time and did a great job

Left my car for Major Service here.
Paid £250 and that is the price I've paid in other places for major services in the past (+/- £30). Been advised by the garage that minor service would cost me £200, decided to get major instead.
Job was done within agreed time frame. Cannot say anything bad about the person who took care of my car - very friendly and polite.
However, after collecting the car and checking invoice at home I could see that spark plugs were not replaced and none of the fluids were flushed or added (after checking the car I can confirm that none were topped up).
This price and type of service should include spark plugs replacement and all the fluids should be checked during any service (doesn't matter if minor or major - it's a safety concern). I've paid £250 for a service that is different than minor one in this place (£200), because of the cabin filter change. That cabin filter cost me additional £50.
Service book says what should be replaced during minor or major services - never witnessed such a situation before.
I've sent email to the garage and questioned about this expecting some sort of explanation why these things were missed or forgotten, but never received any reply back. That shows they were caught and did not know what to say.
If you decide to use this place - check everything as this type of shortcuts may cause your car seriously damaged - it is obvious that they will welcome you back and will be happy to help (get their bad practices being sorted out for additional pay).
Greenwood are not only ripping off on the price (£250 for minor service at the end), but also skipping important parts of their job for a purpose.
Will drop a note to trading standards may not be the first one.
