We received excellent service from…

We received excellent service from Gursher recently when buying my Nissan Juke.
He was welcoming, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.
His kind interactions also extended to our children. He made our purchase and experience one of the best we have had.

I have a 59reg Vauxhall zafira b diesel…

I have a 59reg Vauxhall zafira b diesel automatic and I haven’t had a service since 2019 due to personal reasons but I rang up to get a service quote and I was quoted over £1,000 and when I told her my registration number she told me it was a 2010 reg but it was registered in November 2009, so she got wrong, I won’t be going there again a total rip off.

Wouldn't pick them to deliver my car if I had the choice

If I had a chance not to have my lease car delivered by Greenhous in the future, I'd bite your arm off.

My lease car was due to arrive on 15th April. I arranged to give my current car back, and 10 minutes prior to that being returned, I got told my new car was not working and needed fixing. It wasn't until I rung up and complained that I was offered a courtesy car.

N.B. I did get a courtesy car later that evening.

Beyond this point, the communication was woeful in the main. I chased up daily, received no more than one, possibly two replies per week, and had no idea the status of my car, until I rung up and dealt with someone called Aimee, who actually gave off the impression of wanting to help me.

Even after the car was fixed, it was almost impossible to get a clear steer on warranties, delivery timeframes and further updates, including the day of delivery.

Everyone knows a delivery window is exactly that - a window. However, when said window is 9am-5pm, and after 3 chasers I don't get notified by the driver that my car is being delivered the same day until 4pm that afternoon, is unacceptable. My car was eventually delivered at 8:20pm.

The only saving graces that prevent this from being a 1* review is Aimee from the CRM Team, who as mentioned actually wanted to help me, and Neville, who delivered the car, and was fantastic at helping understanding the car, made sure it was clean on arrival despite the late arrival, and was friendly throughout.

Fingers crossed when I have to give this car back, someone else handles the collection.

Throughly Professional

We were recommended this dealer by a friend and in particular, Nichole Smith. We contacted Nichole and she arranged a test drive of a Jaecoo 7 & 5 over two different visits. She stayed patient, polite and smiling through all our stupid questions and indecision and helped us get to the price we needed. Our new Jaecoo 7 is now ordered and expected in a couple of weeks.
We really just wanted to say a massive thank you to Nichole and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Omoda - faults that can’t be fixed

Purchased my car back in may 2025, Greenhous Shrewsbury advertised with 2 keys only 1 key supplied. This took two months to resolve… fast forward to January 2026 and an error comes up on the dash regarding a check sensor. This was booked in for the first week of Jan, told 2 weeks for the part… 2 months later the post arrived, and didn’t work. Now I have a courtesy car and have had zero updates from Greenhous or Omoda on when this will actually be resolved. Reached out to the ombudsman for a refund.

Tom was genuinely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel so welcome and completely at ease, which really meant a lot. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was how kind, patient, and thoughtful he was throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and went above and beyond to make it a really positive experience. On top of that, everything was sorted so quickly and smoothly, which I really appreciated.

It’s not often you come across someone who is not only so helpful but also genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again

Why wouldn't you!!

Having never bought a new car before, slightly hesitant about the selling and buying process. No need to have been worried. Tilly did a great job putting me at ease and clearly explaining at every stage the buying process of my new Geely car. Her service post sale customer service was equally good.
Based on my experience, I would'nt hesitate to recommend this company.

Vehicle delivered last week

My vehicle was delivered last week by Hassan who was absolutely brilliant. Rang me when he first left, to give an approximate time, and then again when 5 minutes away. Very thorough with the vehicle, despite it having some slight damage, he was happy to record this for me and answered any questions I had.

Since then, I have asked for the car to be fixed as this was brand new and not the experience I expected. Greenhaus have been extremely apologetic, and have already arranged someone to come to my address to resolve the issue - on the same day as they called me. They have assured me if it can't be fixed on the day, it will be taken in and sorted, mistakes happen but it is how a company deals with it that can make the difference. The car itself is lovely and I am extremely happy with the service received.

Sadly lacking in support

This could quite easily have been a five star review, a visit to Greenhous Shrewsbury, a helpful salesman and a 2 year old car I'm really pleased with equals a very happy customer.

It all fell apart when the servicing records I'd queried and was told were in the glovebox weren't there, the digital service record drew a blank and several phone calls and messages went unanswered. A lovely letter from the sales manager thanking me for my purchase told me to phone him direct if I had any problems also got me nowhere, he didn't return my calls either.

I expected more. I didn't buy my car in a layby or from a stranger on the internet I bought it from what I thought was a reputable dealer. Their failure to even reply to my queries made me question if the car I'm driving had even had a health check let alone been serviced.

This was very nearly a 1 star review but on passing the Telford branch of Greenhous today I took a chance and asked if they could help. Their Sales Manager was friendly, approachable and made the time to see me. It took him no more than a few minutes to check the records, confirm my vehicle had been recently serviced and get a copy of the paperwork printed out for me.

10/10 Telford Greenhous, Shrewsbury Greenhous you came up short and don't deserve my recommendation.

When things go badly wrong, own it and make recompense

I must begin by saying the reception staff were excellent . However, getting a key programmed to my car took from 9.30 until 4 .15. I was kept at the garage from 9.30 until 12.30 for a job expected to be finished with within an hour whilst I waited. Admittedly they gave me a lift back to my house and dropped the car back later that day, but the manager was begrudgingly prepared to only knock £20 off the fee when I had spent more than that on lifts to collect my grandchildren and my daughter in law lost pay whilst she waited . Given there was no parts outlay on their part , customer satisfaction and goodwill would have caused me to write off the fee were I the manager.

Customer service mobility

We got our new Vauxhall Grandland on mobility in Jan 2025 within 8 weeks we had issues and since then we have had problems with the car we have taken it back and forth 4 times and the issues never seem to be sorted even though they say they have. The customer service has been shocking the last time we said that the replacement car whike ours is being looked at needed a heated seat due to osteoarthritis of the spine and it helps my spine and one of the ladies there rolled her eyes. This upset me as why roll your eyes. We have had issues with them saying the car isn't ready as the macanic isn't in then 20 mins later to say its fixed as they need to hire car back as they are selling it. They couldn't of fixed the car as the sat nav ect wasn't touched. They don't open on weekends so its either Monday to Friday so left weekends without support. We needed to update a sat nav told what to buy and it wasnt cheap to find out its not compatible. Told it was then £60 to do by them then £70. If we go out in the car a noise ecos through the car and the only way to sort it is disconnect the battery that's dangerous when stranded. Especially when I'm disabled and my son is disabled. I have never been treated like this before and I pay for a car and not able to travel as it now panics me and my anxiety goes through the roof as you cant trust the car . Im going to hand the car back if not sorted this time as its electrical fault.

New Car Purchase of Jaecoo 7 PHEV

I recently bought a new Jaecoo 7 PHEV from Greenhous Shrewsbury. Staff/Salesman were fine BUT people beware that these new Chinese vehicles are a new concept & staff are not very knowledgeable on them. This vehicle comes with a 7 year warranty but I am worried about getting parts for these vehicles at present. The handover of the vehicle is usually a pleasant experience but my handover took FOUR HOURS. None the staff at the Dealership knew how to get the Sat-Nav to work, The DAB Radio is faulty & only picks up about 8 channels, because of the inconvenience I was promised some protection Mats as a gesture of good will as there were none in the car when I picked it up, they said they'd be sent to me within a few days & I've now been waiting a Month. Sat-Nav did start working while driving the 45 miles back to my home but the Mats & the DAB are still to be fixed. Called parts & pleasant guy called Ian tells me they they 'don't know' when parts will arrive therefore Car carpets are getting filthy as I live in quite rural area & we're ticking along with the one channel we like & can get on the DAB Radio albeit quite crackly. This is not the experience I would expect when purchasing a NEW Car.

Samantha, Ben Coates and whoever else involved in my case, THANK YOU!

Samantha in the customer care has not only helped me, but she has been very responsive with my concerns. The brand of the car is Vauxhall, and their customer service is appauling.

Greenhous in contrast, have been very responsive, and agreed to have my car repaired, with them liaising directly with Vauxhall, after months of failed attempts by me.

Ben Coates also provided me with a substantive prompt response and was very apologetic once they had been made aware of the concerns I had. This was not the case with Vauxhall directly and so this was the first time someone had even apologized to me.

Thank you to everyone who dealt with my issues, it is greatly appreciated.

Issues with brand new xtrail and terrible after sales care

I have had nothing but issues with my brand new X-Trail including it locking itself and my elderly grandmother in the car on a bitter winters day where the battery decided to stop working and nothing electrical (which is the whole car) would work. Nissan at Shrewsbury were incredibly unhelpful and it took weeks for them to come and collect it to sort it because they didn’t believe I had an issue with it until someone came with a low loader and found it wouldn’t start.

Now today I’ve taken it in for a service I booked online only to be told they had no record of it despite me showing them an email reminder of the appointment and the confirmation email. They told me I missed my service on a date I know I didn’t book as I couldn’t get it there but at the time when making that appointment the woman in the service department was getting arsey that I couldn’t do most of the days she suggested as they wanted it at 8am and I needed a second person to be able to pick me up and they don’t understand that other people outside of the world of Nissan do have jobs and commitments too and can’t just drop everything. I ended up losing the call and I’m unsure if she hung up on me or if it was poor signal but either way it wasn’t booked in for a service until I did it online myself only to be told no such booking existed when I got it there this morning which took an hour out of our day and two cars doing an unnecessary journey.

I have since taken my custom to Nissan in Telford who are much more helpful and provide courtesy cars too. Greenhous are all about the big unveiling of a new car and about selling it to you but the aftercare is abysmal and I wouldn’t have another Nissan or go back to Greenhous again due to this experience and the fact the car continues to break.

No communication , false promises

I brought my vehicle to Greenhous Telford in July in response to a manufacturer recall. Unfortunately, while the car was in their care, it sustained damage.

Upon collection, I was informed that the damage was present when I dropped the vehicle off — a claim that was not only inaccurate but also made me feel dismissed and disrespected. I couldn’t help but feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, potentially due to my gender, which made the experience even more frustrating.

After some persistence, Greenhous Telford eventually accepted liability and replaced part of the damaged area. I was advised that the remaining repairs would be completed once the necessary parts had arrived. However, I am still waiting for this to happen.

Since then, I have made numerous follow-up calls, my last call being on 5th September 2025, during which I was assured I would receive an update the following week. That update never came.

This has been an ongoing issue for several months, and despite repeated attempts to obtain information and resolution, I have not received any meaningful progress or consistent communication.

Had it not been for the urgency of the recall and the safety implications, I would have sought service elsewhere.

Based on my experience, I would find it difficult to recommend Greenhous Telford, as my vehicle was returned with damage and the aftercare has been marked by unfulfilled promises and poor customer service.
