Servicing Air Source Heat Pump
After three years I realised I should have set up an annual service for my Air Source Heat Pump, which I then set up. The service engineer, Keir Blackwood, completed the service quickly and efficiently, was charming and helpful with all my questions and gave us a clean bill of health! I highly recommend Greener Energy for their product and reliability, not to mention the reduction to my electricity bill. My only wish is that they send out a reminder for servicing regularly each year to avoid the penalty fee.

Friendly, efficient and proactive service
Our system highlighted an error message and stopped our heating from working both from the Heat Pump and the Gas Boiler. We contacted Greener Energy the following morning, spoke to Brian who was helpful and said he would get Melissa to call us back to try and reset the system. Melissa called back an hour or so later and despite her best efforts we could not manage the reset over the phone. Melissa then arranged for Lewis to attend the following morning who was efficient and was able to get the system up and running again quickly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and we were up and running again in quick time

Faultless from start to finish
From the initial appointment to the installation, everything went smoothly and as expected. The scaffolders, the electricians and the solar panel fitters were on time, friendly and efficient, and did a great job, leaving no mess behind.
Everything was explained, I was kept informed throughout the process and even our friendly dog was no problem. When everything was set up they helped set up the app and set everything up.

Not award winning service
I would not consider the service I received “award winning” as it was actually quite poor. There was background noise on the line to the point I could hear other conversations more clearly than I could mine with the agent I was talking to. The agent couldn’t resolve my issue and simply passed me off to a Duracell email (not a phone number despite being asked for one which was actually right next to the email in the Duracell website). The issue has now been resolved by Duracell not the greener energy group who would like me to adjust my review.

As you highlighted, we are currently experiencing issues with our telecoms provider, which are in the process of being resolved. We apologise for any background noise during your call, although this was unfortunately outside of our control.
Regarding Duracell, our advisor did offer to raise the matter with the manufacturer on your behalf. However, you confirmed that you preferred to contact them directly and were provided with the relevant email contact details to do so.
We are pleased to hear that your issue has now been resolved. As with many products, including appliances, white goods, and electronics, manufacturer-related faults are handled directly by the manufacturer, as was the case in this instance.
We trust this clarifies the situation, and we remain available should you require any further assistance.

The Technical expertise of this company is great, but if support is required then be sure to phone rather than email. The Duracell App could also be made simpler for connection of the "invertor" to any Home Network, but once achieved, it is impressive.

Great service at short notice
The service engineer, William, quickly got to the source of the problem and had our heating system back up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. He answered all my layperson questions with great patience and helped me understand a lot more about the ASHP and the heating / hot water systems.

Problems after snow and ice.
We have had problems, red and green flashing lights on inverter, since the heavy snow and thick ice.
After 3 re boots, not helping, we had a new inducter Installed yesterday, now its all working again.

Avoid over priced
Contacted for a Solar and Battery quote, had a solar expert visit my property and do a survey, it felt like I was dealing with an early 2000's car salesman.
Not professional at all, telling me that don't go with other companies due to X,Y and Z.
Get to the end of the survey while the solar expert then expected payment on the spot for a quote visit. The quote came out at over £2k more than other companies.
Thankfully I was able to refuse this and accept a quote with another company. Reading reviews of this company on Trust Pilot I am glad I have avoided what would've been a very prolonged process. Got my Solar and battery system installed within a week of accepting a quote with another company.

Wow! Amazing customer experience.
Wow! what can I say a truly professional team from start to finish. I normally don't believe the hype but I can honestly say I have never meet a more professional team. Assistance and advice with any funding queries, quote, funding approval, installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and new radiators all inside four weeks. My thanks go to Joe,Debbie and the wonderful installation team. Always on time, constantly cleaned up every day they were fully aware that a family were still living in the house they even supplied me a couple of small heaters to use whilst they were installing all of the equipment. The installation team ensured we we fully aware of how to operate the system and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Thanks to Matt and Lynn for arranging and conducting the final inspection at a time that suited my work schedule. I really would have no hesitation in recommending the Greener Energy Group to any of my family or friends. I still cannot believe all this happened in four weeks and I now have a very warm and comfortable home.
It was customer service at its best.

Excellent service from start to finish
Greener Energy Group were recommended to me by my energy provider, Octopus. I placed a message on their website and someone called me back straight away. Within a few days, a Renewable Energy Consultant from Greener came to my house and spent time carefully talking me through the system. I decided there and then to go for it.
In LESS THAN A WEEK, the team arrived to put up 12 solar panels and install a couple of batteries. The four chaps were friendly, polite, efficient and the job was done to a very high standard. They even hoovered up and tidied up after the job was finished. And so, in just a week I had a new solar system!
I spoke to Greener before, during and after the process. Every member of the team responds quickly and is very helpful. This is an incredibly well-run and efficient company, and I cannot rate them and their work highly enough. What's more, if you have any issues whatsoever after installation (I have not), they have a great after-sales team, too.
I was worried about spending so much money on a solar project, but I already feel it's one of the best decisions I have made.

They came along and said house was suitable for heat pump took deposit now on finding out that house does not have the required supply they have agreed to refund the monies paid. i was looking forward to be part of the green way ahead but alas it was not possible at the meantime

MATT THE ENGINEER
Spoke to Melissa Muir the Aftercare & Service Manager to report that my heating system wasn't working and arrangements were made for an Engineer to call.
Matt arrived the next day and very quickly identified the faults and got to work sorting them out. Matt proved a consummate expert and had the knowledge and expertise to put things in working order.
I cannot thank Greener Energy Group, Melissa and Matt for their very prompt service and would highly recommend them to all considering installing a Heat Pump or any other type of heating system.

A very efficient installation process
A very efficient installation process, despite the issues of a weak WiFi signal in our area. The scaffolding was erected and removed in a very timely manner, the solar panel installer worked like a Trojan to fit 18 panels in one day and Leon and James stuck with the wiring until the job was completed and functional, desire the fact that it was a tougher job than they had expected, installing into an old house in a rural area. Highly recommended.

I would give 10 stars if that were possible. My experience with Greener Energy Group has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The process began with Stephen’s initial visit — he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful — and continued with Debbie, who guided me through every step and made the whole journey feel straightforward and stress-free.
The installation team, Luis and Matt, were professional, friendly, and kept me fully informed throughout. They worked incredibly hard alongside Majic the joiner/plasterer, Leon and James the electricians, and Colin, the Technical Heating Foreman, who carried out the Technical Survey and completed the handover.
Lynne followed up with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the work and that the system was operating correctly, which was a great touch. Even in the short time since installation, I can already see the savings. My house is warm, my water is hot, and the system is delivering exactly what I was promised.
