Customer service stopped answering and didn't help me solve the problem. They delivered me a faulty product, after reaching out to the customer service, they didn't help me to resolve the issue and stopped answering my mails after I said I didn't want another product, I just wanted to send the faulty one back so that I could get a refund. I had to escalate the case to paypal to get my money back. Would never order there again, of course it can happen that someone gets a faulty product, but then atleast take responsibility and answer your emails.

There was a problem with the delivery of my package, but it was a mistake from the parcel company. The customer service was very quick to reply and resolve the issue. Very happy with my sweater!
