I ordered underwear almost two months ago, never delivered. Customer support is not even replying anymore. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Very unhappy with customer service. I ordered some plain black cotton socks (very hard to get now) and when I tried them on the elastic was so tight around my ankles that it nearly cut off my circulation - they were unwearable.
I contacted their customer service twice to ask if I could return for a refund as I had 7 other pairs of them - no response. The quality was not great and the underwear was very thin -would not recommend.
If you are looking for organic fair trade undergarments i would suggest Green Fibres in Devon - beautiful quality an great customer service.
Edit: I am upgrading the review as when I posted the socks back (admittedly having to pay ordinary postage) they refunded me my money so I would agree on balance with the name of the company - 'honest'. Also the quality of the underwear is good but it is on the small side - in total thumbs up on balance.
