Scam, they sent a much smaller plant and dont want to glmpensate for it
I paid 80€ for a plant, they sent me a much snaller size that at the shop costs 40€. Instead if giving me the half of the money back, tbey offer me a 15% discount, and now that I refused it, they are denying me the label to send it back. NEVER AGAIN!!! Very diaappointed

Products arrived either late or damaged
I have placed two orders here and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. They have a great variety of plants with good prices. But unfortunately they severely lack professionalism with delivery of their products.
1st order: product was not delivered for weeks. When I checked they informed me that is was because of the temperatures. This should be communicated proactively.
2nd order: one of the plants was delivered completely smushed because the were packed on top of one another. They offered me a 20% discount. The product was so heavily damaged that this is not appropriate.
In the future I will purchase my plants at a more professional store and recommend others to do the same.

At the time of ordering, a delivery date was clearly specified. The order was not delivered on that day, and there was no notification or update. After a week, I reached out myself and was told they were experiencing a high volume of orders and would process mine in due course
The plants arrived in poor condition. One of them was barely rooted and wouldn’t stay in the pot at all. The largest pot, which cost €350, arrived slightly cracked.
Now, less than a week after delivery, all the plants are gradually losing leaves — clearly the shipping process was very stressful for them.
The pallet the order arrived on was extremely old and falling apart, with rusty nails sticking out. This is not what you expect when placing an order worth €1300.

Horrible experience with my fourth…
Horrible experience with my fourth order at Greenbubble. They chose a poor carrier for my XL sized plant and that carrier basically kept my order for two weeks then returned it back to the sender citing attempted delivery (lie). And then after four weeks after repeated emails and WhatsApp messages to Greenbubble I finally convinced them to give me my refund. Just horrible!

Great Plant, Great Packaging and fast delivery. Unlike other companies I had pictures to choose the plant we thought. Est for our home and the space we had available. Other show you a picture and a price and that is just not acceptable for us. They are in our opinion the best on the internet to purchase exclusive plants without Guessing.

I really really like my new Plant
I really really like the Plant. Just made our bedroom Perfect. Definitively I’ll order again my plants at green bubble.
As I ordered in winter I had some delay of shipping as temperatures dropped below freezing which makes the transport dangerous for the plants. Some information about this fact would help to understand the situation. But anyway - amazing service and perfect product!! Thanks
