Brilliant company

Brilliant company, the staff member I dealt with was friendly and made sure my order went through quickly with no issues at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment i have recieved. Sent my scooter back for repairs, was told id have it back a week later, 10 days later i call to find out where my scooter is they tell me it's just being put on the blocks now to be looked at. Called them back to be told it's gonna cost 160 quid and will have to wait a week for parts. So i asked to send back in current condition. They told me id get a call in 2 days to find out when that would be,a week later still no call back so i called and get told that apparently Simon had already told me that it would be after new year, which he never said at all.
not acceptable im trapped without my scooter so scott said he'd put it with a courier if i paid £65 and would recieve it back by eve of 22nd Dec, alas still no scooter. Call this morning to find out what's what and they said its still there not even been sent.

I want my scooter back immediately today without fail and i want my £65 back with it in cash or transferred back to my account TODAY.

Will never use this company again and will never reccomend them to any disabled person. Just cannot believe the way ive been treated especially at xmas the time when it's supposed to be the season of good will. This has had such a negative effect on my mental health when already it's bad enough due to my ill health and disability.

Recently purchased a scooter for my Mum…

Recently purchased a scooter for my Mum from you guys, and I want to express how happy we are. She's made up with it. The whole process from start to end was made so easy and the service we received was second to none. Everyone was so helpful and informative. Thanks so much, she now has a new lease of life and her independence back. I Would definitely highly recommend this company.

Great service, highly recommended

Im 35 and following years of muscle pain and a brain haemorrhage I could no longer walk my child to school so I bit the bullet and ordered a scooter at 2am on a Saturday after a restless night worrying about my mobility.

The whole ordering process was simple, I even set up finance in case I didn't want to pay outright as I got 4 months to pay in full which was fantastic and in these uncertain times gave me some flexibility.

I own a small business and don't claim benefits so motability wasn't an option for me.

I did have a few questions for both the finance company and supplier and both were answered promptly.

I received a telephone call from a young lady saying my delivery was coming the following day and gave me a two hour window which suited me greatly.

On delivery day my scooter arrived on time and the delivery guy was fantastic, I was expecting some courier to dump the box on my doorstep but no, everything was shown and explained by an employee who worked for the company, he had expert knowledge and gave me some helpful tips on how to dismantle the scooter to place in my boot, he was very friendly and really made me feel comfortable, being 35 I was slightly embarrassed at the need for help to get around but he gave me no judgement and treated me as a valued customer, I only wish I could remember his name but I have passed on my compliments via email.

I have had contact since via email in which Scott has answered a few of my questions and supplied me with a rain cover and additional key, this was dealt with quickly and easily and the experience I have had with Great British Mobility has prompted me to suggest them to my father and his elderly friends.

The scooter has turned out great but I'll review that separately.

After sales service non existent.

I ordered a Pride Revo 2.0 from Great British Mobility, paid for it and it was delivered promptly. It was delivered with different tyres to those advertised. I have contacted the company by telephone, email and letter but have received no response. Their after sales service is non existent and I would advise customers to be very wary when ordering from them.

Easy ordering over the phone

Easy ordering over the phone, all followed up with email confirmation, and delivered the next day. Had a question about the charger, called and got great advice on the phone, very helpful. Ordered a crutch bag and a cover too, good quality. 1 week later managed to bend the key, called them and they are sending a replacement out next day. Would recommend.

they bite your hand off to get your…

they bite your hand off to get your order then after that your on your own just 2 months in the battery is not holding charge called them was told a new set of battery's would be sent out within 7 days nothing came called again was told an engineer would be out next day to install new batteries guy came yesterday not to fit new ones but to take the scooter away for battery test and would be left without scooter asked how can you leave me without scooter im disabled and need for shops his reply was could not give a s..t called to complain same attitude dont give a cr.p there response i get a manager to call you when there is one available im now in talks with snap finance to get this sorted out i hate this company and i warn others not to buy from them as they take your money and leave you to it even tho my scooter is under warranty and they should just send me out new batteries

Your scooter has been collected for testing yesterday and as under the terms of the warranty any faults found during the warranty period will be repaired/replaced completely free of charge including coming out to you collecting and then returning the scooter. We do this testing as quickly as we can and find a 1 star review to be extremely unfair. Much excitement on delivery

Delivered and placed in my house, great delivery guy, later the scooter was assembled, impressive and really pleased Now ready to ride, well in three days as I have prior appointments

Perfect

The staff were wonderful they helped guide me through the whole purchase and find the right finance option that suited my needs. The delivery was perfect. Everything was perfect for me and I would definitely recommend them.
