Good quality course
I took the ITIL self paced online course and it was well structured, with great resources and some mock exams. It was also cheaper than many other providers of similar courses.

ITG deliver outstanding training.
ITG make learning interactive and interesting. I have taken many courses with this company and they have delivered each time.
The delegates handbook is really useful for taking notes without having to print, and matches the learning modules exactly.
This company is CPD accredited and hours are always sent to your email address to add to whatever platform you use.
The instructors match their teaching style to the delegates and aren't phased if they are interrupted by burning questions.
I wouldn't use any other company and I have been a customer with them for a long time.

Painless Foundation GDPR Course with ITGovernance
The instructor Andy, was very engaging, which was great as GDPR isn't usually the most interesting of topics. The course was well presentenced and Andy was very knowledgeable/able to assist with everyone's random questions. This course made GDPR painless!

Useful, Informative and specific to my job role.
The tutors carrying out these courses are great and try their best to keep things lively when everyone is remote and in a session for several hours. The course material is all useful, it would be good to be able to see this prior to the day, so that you're familiar and have questions from the off. Would highly recommend for sharpening up knowledge on current frameworks. - Adam Hardman

Great savings in the long run thanks to a thorough product
We purchased the document toolkit for Cyber Essentials. Its clear a lot of time has been put into the preparation of the collection. We're looking to ensure our CyberEssentials certification is thorough and by using these we've probably saved a good 2 or 3 days of work, so saved money in itself. Glad we've purchased!

In-depth knowledge of the trainer…
In-depth knowledge of the trainer clubbed with well defined course. Sessions were interactive rather than one way and I love the sessions where we broke into smaller groups and brain stormed on exercises. The only thing which I found strange is too many corrections required in the course material which was very unusual
