Seven steaks were tested
Seven steaks were tested. The 14 oz Delmonico steaks reduced to 5.5 oz to 8 oz of pure meat. Prior to cooking they were 1" reduced to, 3/4 " after cooking. They were tender but bland.
Disappointing to be sure!

I absolutely LOVE the precooked roast with gravy!! I’ve purchased it at least a dozen times and every time it was delicious. It’s so easy to prepare and I love it comes with gluten free gravy (which is fantastic, by the way). I made it last night and it was a treat. This is a regular at our house. Easy ordering, great delivery, love the meat!!

We use a regenerative rancher here in Colorado Springs for our meat products. I thought their bacon was the best I had ever consumed, I was wrong. Wellness Meats bacon is by far the best bacon out there, hands down.
