I had to search for the box but once I found it, everything was still frozen solid after sitting there for at least 2 hours, so that's good. i recommend ordering just one pound of each type of meat to select what you like the best for reordering. That way you don't have to stick to something that you don't like and keep eating it. the quality seemed very authentic.

The pork belly that I received was nowhere like wahat was pictured and substantially smaller that I expected. The bacon-flavored brats will not be purchased again....there was absolutely NO bacon flavor. I await the opportunity to sample the other products I spent money for.

My first purchase
My first purchase. I love that I can buy beef heart and liver to grind with beef for my nutritional goals. My package arrived promptly and frozen. I love the liverwurst!! My only guilt was the packaging. I understand the dry ice packaging and the three gel packs that also was in there. I can recycle the cardboard but the ice packs I had to through away because I have so many in my freezer for injuries. Looking forward to my next order.
