We have been looking for a flat for my son and his girlfriend in Leeds for weeks ! I saw 'Headline' - a Grainger property advertised on social media. I filled in the online enquiry form and was called back very quickly from Deanne, the Senior Leasing Associate. She was brilliant. we talked through what are needs were and invited us to the property for a viewing. We were not only impressed with Headline but Deanne was excellent. She showed us various flats, the communal areas and gave us a detailed and informative tour.
We were very impressed. We arranged a second viewing and again Deanne couldn't do enough for us. We made a decision to take the tenancy on a property in Headline. This was not just down to the flat itself but the professionalism and knowledge of Deanne.
Thank you Deanne. I'm sure Sam and Bella will be very happy at the Headline.

My partner and I were looking for a flat and connor showed us round. He has been extremely helpful answering all our questions and getting back to us quickly. He has kept us updated throughout the process and has made everything so easy. Can't fault him or grainger.

I've lived in a flat with Grainger for nearly 7 years, and have only moved out due to my want of a garden...otherwise I'd be there forever.
The whole team over at Kings Dock Mill make that building, from Harry & Mick the concierge, cleaning team, to the maintenance men, every person there has made my home life just a bit better.
My Grainger experience wouldn't be what it was without the wonderful Luke Pollard. He truly is an asset to the Grainger team, and has given me the most wonderfully unrealistic expectations and standards for the rest of my renting life, for how nice a landlord/property manager actually can be. Speedy repairs, thoughtful replies and just a friendly face, I'm really going to miss Luke's wonderful lovely energy.
I know that any person who gets to live in a flat managed by Luke will have the same incredible experience that I did.

Molli was brilliant! She showed me around 3 flats, and her expertise and friendly attitude made the viewings a great experience. She was also efficient in sending on the relevant information for us to secure our flat. I would highly recommend her!

Lived in Manchester with Grainger for three years, we loved being there and was the best rented accommodation I've stayed in. The viewing/ moving in onboarding was painless and simple and every time we've been in contact with Grainger we've had very quick and friendly response. Mark,our property manager has really looked after us over the 3 years, was always friendly and stopped for a chat. Any maintenance was attended to quickly and the flat was in clean, modern condition. No stress getting our deposit back and would recommend Grainger to friends and family

Had a great experience with Deanne in Leeds- super friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions over message! She took the time to show us lots of properties in the Headline and the Pin Yard despite having only arranged to see one. Much appreciated, really looking forward to moving in July :)

I rented with Grainger for 6 years, with 0 issues what so ever! What a great landlord and management team they were. Whenever anything needed fixing it was done ASAP! I could easily get in touch and honestly, I’ve just had a lovely experience. The staff at The Rock, Bury were extremely welcoming and made you feel so safe! I think it will be very hard to come across such a great renting landlord again! Thank you so much!

We have lived at Kings Dock Mill for over four years. Having lived in various private rentals before, I would recommend to anyone to rent with Grainger. I have marked it down slightly as it is a little more expensive than some private rentals and as loyalty is not rewarded (e.g. when price increases are implemented yearly, there is no discount for longer-standing tenants).

Luke Pollard is, however, an exemplary staff member at Grainger. He is very approachable and responsive to both email and phone calls. He will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Luke has been a great help throughout the move in process and my time living here!

I have lived at King's Dock Mill about one year now. The apartment is very nice and Luke Pollard has been extremely helpful and very responsive. The building is kept clean and maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. The concierge people are wonderful and helpful. Overall, a nice, safe place to live. I do think that the common areas could be made nicer though. The three courtyards would be more community-friendly with plants and benches.

I have been in contact with Luke Pollard in regards to my flat and moving. He’s been absolutely brilliant could’ve have asked for anymore from him. He always replies to emails on time and couldn’t do anything more to help. He’s made the move as easy as it could’ve been and any issues are addressed promptly without issue. Couldn’t ask for anyone better for support with my property.

I am moving into one of their properties in Tottenham Hale. Andrew and Jessica were super helpful and always rapid in response. It has been an easy and pleasant experience.

Lived at kings dock mill for a year Luke from Grainger has been amazing thoughout our time here, very helpful. Repairs and issues responded to quickly amazing customer service. Loved our time here so sad to be leaving.

I lived in an apartment on The Rock, Bury for almost 9 years - in that time I had nothing but good experiences dealing with Grainger. Any queries or repair requests were treated with upmost urgency and I was always kept updated on progress. They even have a mobile app to report issues and view news updates regarding events and such within the area which was very helpful.

I'd like to give my thanks to the Grainger team but especially Louise (manager) and Ian (maintenance) as they were very helpful and made my tenancy feel even more pleasant and stress-free.

We recently moved to the Windlass apartments. The place is very nice and the staff is professional and polite. Andrew has been very helpful throughout the rental process. So far, so good!

Scam Company – Dishonest, Manipulative, and Unsafe

This place is a total scam. They’ll take your money, ignore your concerns, then harass you if you report anything. Staff are fake, cliquey, and hostile. Maintenance is a joke — our fridge was broken for months and instead of fixing it, they blamed us repeatedly. My toilet took 2 months to repair, and even then it was done poorly.

They pretend to be professional in emails, but call and text you constantly to avoid leaving a record. Security is practically nonexistent — they cut it down right after an attempted break-in that they hid from residents.

Good reviews? Mostly bribed by previous management. Avoid this place at all costs. It's unsafe, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy.
