The maps are really beautiful and high quality. They look as good in person as they did online! I bought one for myself - my hometown and three as a Christmas gift for my son - places he’s lived - to spruce up his living room or dining room. I purchased the hangers that were offered on the site as well. They were delivered (very well wrapped) in about 3 1/2 weeks.

Underwhelming
The quality of the map wasn't that great. The print was a bit blurry so I feel it's way overpriced for what you get. Shipping was fast though.

Does Not Meet Expectations
Significant difference between what is advertised and depicted in the site versus what you receive by mail. The framing of the picture is decent.
Some examples of differences:
1. Actual image is grainy and pixelated when printed
2. Icons (eg. The heart) are MUCH larger than what appear on the site
The price relative to the quality of the product is mismatched. I would not purchase another one

Shipping issues, contacted Grafomap and no resolution
I placed my order two weeks ago and while I was pleased to receive a shipping notification two days later, it's now been two weeks and when I check the USPS website it says they are "awaiting item." I emailed Grafomap a week ago and received a very generic shipping email that blamed USPS even though their website indicates they have not received my product from the company. Frustrating to say the least.

Shipping and Refund Frustration
I can't speak to the quality of the product, but my interactions with customer service have been very bizarre and very frustrating. After being notified that my order would be delayed (after paying extra for shipping), I immediately wrote to the Grafomap team, and asked to cancel my order and be issued a refund - I was under a timeline that their website said they would meet...they didn't (I get that things happen). Though I emailed them immediately after receiving that message, they got back to me saying that they're still going to ship the items, but that I should destroy the products they send to me, take a picture of them, and then send that picture to the Grafomap team so they could then process my refund - I wish I could include a screenshot here but I'd be happy to verify my experience elsewhere. Would it not be easier for everyone if my order was cancelled? Nothing would have to be sent and I could receive a refund. I'm very skeptical about this and quite frustrated. I will be getting in touch with my credit card company about the charge.
UPDATE: I received help from the Grafomap team to get a quick refund. Thank you to them.

After one reprint and a promised second reprint, the 4 month saga is finally over. At least they sent me a full refund. From misspelled city name to damaged frame in shipping to now having the print file be "corrupted" I should have just ordered from somewhere else.

Horrible customer service - Cody Stoler
I ordered a map and wasn't on a tight timeframe but received an email from Grafomap letting me know that my order would be delayed. No big deal. I responded to ask what the timeframe may be. A "Customer Service" person named Cody Stoler responded to chastise me about my order and to let me know that if I wanted it faster I should have requested expedited shipping. Let's just say I cancelled my order. Never work with this company - they suck. Still no reply on my refund request. DO NOT ORDER. There are other folks who provide real customer support. Go to Etsy - there are vendors that you can get the same - if not better - way cheaper.
