The ordering process is easy and the delivery is fast. the maps are so personalized and make great gifts. And so reasonably priced too!

I recently received a delivery from GrafoMap and was thoroughly impressed. The entire experience, from the seamless checkout process to the intuitive website design, was outstanding.

Did not provide a "robust wood backing". It was just cardboard. Also, the cardboard was not cut to the correct size, so it caused the frame to the be bent out of shape. I had to recut the cardboard to get the frame square again. And there was lots of debris between the map and the window, so I had to clean it. Save yourself some money and just do it yourself. I will not be purchasing from here again.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the map was correct.

The prints had great quality and my parents loved them! Also really fast shipping right before Christmas.

The picture and frame look great! My daughter attends college in the city, and it will make a great Christmas present!

Extremely satisfied with my order. It was easy to place and customize to my liking. The company kept me up to date with emails on the progress of my order. Delivery was prompt and product is great - excited to give to my son to commemorate where he was living on his 30th birthday and one of his favorite places Wrigley Field marked on the map.

Loved that I could individualize the area of the town that I wanted the map of and the quality was perfect! I ordered a framed piece and it is great quality!

They are lovely and came in a timely manner! My only criticism is the particles that are all over them. Very fine dark speckles likely from the cutting process perhaps. It can come off but some of it is more aggressive than you would want on a print. You can also see some of the black edging where the cuts were made. Still super cute and worth the price!

Easy online design process, fast fabrication and shipping

My order came damaged and when I emailed them with pictures of the crushed box and the damaged product, they didn’t even respond to my email. I don’t recommend this company.

Posters were an inconsistent size. I ordered for 20 x 30” prints, but a few of them were fractionally over and all under size so didn’t fit in frames without me having to adjust and cut to fit. Would not recommend.

Overall, I am disappointed in quality. Map paper is super thin and you can see subtle wrinkles in frame. Very thin clear plastic covering picture. I would not have purchased if I would have known about quality.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered two weeks ago and the shipper had it for 10 days and now says I have to follow up with GRAFOMAP.

The product has frayed edges and is terrible quality. You can print your own for much cheaper. The customer service is terrible as they will answer at frist but then ignore you after you ask to return for a refund.

The product was exactly as it looked online. I received the product within 5 days of ordering it. I plan to order again!

The image is off center and it can’t be fixed. Seems like a totally careless job. Would not recommend, especially given the price.
