This company is a joke -- the email that they left cannot be delivered. The product that I ordered only prints my friend's name on it - without my name...

I was happy with the finished product. Although the walnut frame is not wood, it looks quite realistic. I just wish the map print was a little darker color. The gray print did not contrast with the ivory paper as much as I would have like. But overall this was a great gift for neighbors who were moving out of town.

The website and the ordering process were easy, the delivery was fine but it's not worth the price. The paper is poor quality and seems like basic printing paper. I ordered a map with a personalized position as a gift for my husband and I regret it now.
The paper is also very thin, not a poster quality at all!
$39 for a 16"x 20" cheap city map... NEVER AGAIN

My prints came with unexpected white bars along the bottom edge as if they were slightly too small for the frame in the vertical dimension. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Grafomap for assistance with this, as I got a bounce back from their contact email (info at grafomap.com) "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."

My review is entirely due to the inability to contact the company.

My husband and I previously ordered 2 maps back in 2018 and 2019 and were looking to add two more to our collection after taking a few trips post covid.

Unfortunately, now that we have recieved the maps, it is very clear that the sizing of the print and the frames have changed. I didn't see the option for a 18x24 map, which is apparently what we had in the past. Also, the design has changes so it is not cohesive with our other maps.

After reviewing the refund policy, I noted that I should be eligible for a refund, and subsequently sent an email explaining the situation. Email was the other method of contact I could find on the site, however every email I sent (for two separate emails) all bounced back saying that the email either didn't exist or would not accept my email.

To not have any line of communication with the company is very frustrating

Easy to order, fast shipping, beautiful product! My boyfriend loved this for our anniversary. The print was coordinates of where we met. Will definitely order again. Many thanks

All of my very expensive maps arrived warped and/or on paper that is bubbling and separating. I have been unable to reach ANYONE to even ask for help correcting these issues. Every email to the support address listed by the company gets returned as an invalid address. Any phone numbers are disconnected numbers or do not connect at all. I just want help getting replacement products at a minimum. It's like they took a lot of money from me, sent me damaged products, then disappeared off the face of the planet. I would gladly update this review if anyone addressed my concerns.

UPDATE: I was finally able to reach help at Picanova.com. Once I did, my concerns were promptly addressed by John. Now, I am just waiting on my replacement maps! I truly wish it had not been so aggravating to find help, and if I was unwilling to do a LOT of reasearch, I would not have found it, but I have been happy with the service otherwise. Updating to 4 stars. (I can't do 5 because the initial stress and anger of all the other dead ends probably took months off my life...)

Customer Service is not available. No phone number, customer service email fails to go through. They printed the image wrong and I have no way of contacting them. I will try to dipute the charge but no way of knowing what will happen. I dont trust this company

Never received my order. When trying to email company the email didn't work.

I ordered a map for my daughter’s dorm room and the text box printed on the map was crooked. I emailed customer service 2x and never heard back from them. Since I never heard back, I had to put a crooked map into a frame and give a sub-par gift. Would not buy from this company again. ZERO customer service.

The frame quality was poor. The print also is crooked and has no edges as shown in the website. Absolutely dissapointed and never ordering again.
The email for customer service also is not correct.

Quality and speed of delivery. What more can one ask for? 10/10 will purchase again.

Two items stood out. The actual product was way better than the pictures. Everybody loved it. Secondly the service was very prompt and the delivery was very timely. I gladly recommend this company to all. I will be buying from them again.

I bought these maps as an engagement present for my daughter and her fiance. The website is easy to use and I was able to make a beautiful keepsake of where they got engaged. Highly recommend this website.

So easy to manipulate the maps to zoom in and out. The order shipped the very next day! Package was packed tight and secure - well done!

When my Grafomap arrived I was so pleased with it! I have ordered one before, but realized I could have done a better job. On this one I added a little more color and it made a big difference! This company does a great job! The frame is perfect and it will make the “just right” gift!

My map came out beautiful! It was easy to make, a lot of options to choose from. Shipped quickly and packaged well.

Order the largest map with the frame as a birthday gift for my partner. The map came so poorly packaged that every single corner busted. They shipped it in plastic stretch wrap with no styrofoam, bubble, or any protection. When I opened it, it was already in 4 individual pieces and unfixable. I emailed them with pictures asking for a refund and they agreed, but only under one condition. Since the product was past fixing, they didn’t want to spend the money for me to ship it back.. They told me to DESTROY the remainder of the product (the actual map) by cutting it into pieces and then sending the photo evidence back. This was the most absurd thing I’ve ever had to do to get a refund and just made me more mad. After cutting it to pieces and sending the photograph back, they stopped responding and never refunded me. I emailed them 3 times after that and heard nothing. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. Completely unethical practice being run here. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other sites who offer the same services that you’d be better off with.
