Do not buy this
Cheap product with a 2 pin plug that was way too expensive for how it was made. Tried to return it as so disappointed but I would have to pay for the postage to China! Total waste of money. Customer Service not interested.

Great company to deal with, would recommend to others - we ordered a framed Banksy canvas which was damaged during transit. Contacted customer support with an email and photos of the damage, and Sasha was fantastic in helping us organise a new piece, completely free of charge. We were kept up-to-date with each step of the process and received the replacement very quickly! Thank you so much for understanding - the canvas looks incredible in our study!

Purchased a 3 plus 2 seater comfy meuble sofa set and wanted the back and seat both in different colours not only they made sire to perfectly follow my requirements but also showed me a video of the fur iturr after production prior to dispatch and once o approved it they dispatched it as promised before purchase. Professional conpany to deal with. Got a crystal globes 18 globes chandelier for our dining room. When it arrived there werr 11 boxes and it got me worried what have i got here this would need assembling and time but the instructions were very clear and i understood the moment i opened one globe that it had to be sent like this for safe delivery. After a lot of search for large sized wall art i can say plenty search has been made by me but i couldnt find anywhere sizes framed online for more than 1.2 m and the sizes i have got are 2m by 2m and its spectacular the colours are great and the framing is strong for such a large sized wall art delivered by fedex carefully and perfectly packed no chance it could be damaged i would say a huge thanks
