I was impressed with the quality of the item I received—it was well made and looked exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, it did not fit, and my experience after that was disappointing. I reached out multiple times via email to request an exchange or store credit, but I never received a response. There is also no phone number listed, which made it impossible to speak with anyone directly.

The brand itself appears nice, and I assume it may be a small company that’s overwhelmed, but some form of communication would have gone a long way. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just an exchange or store credit to purchase something else. The lack of customer service and follow-up ultimately overshadowed what was otherwise a good product experience.
