Vikki and I ( John ) sold our property in Victor Harbor South Australia faster than we expected in April 23 and rushed to find a property in our price range in North Queensland. ( wanted to get away from those freezing winters ) We looked at all the moving companies including the self pack container companies. It wasn't that difficult to pick out the fake glowing review from the real ones. (So I just want to say this is a genuine review.) In the end who do you trust all your worldly possession to? We gave Grace a shot purely by chance and found by surprise that they were were able accept payment at settlement of our property. A real bonus for us as we were skint until settlement . Most of our furniture is heavy Indian and Asian one of pieces and a pain in the A to move. We culled a lot but still ended up with one and a half containers. The grace boys would have had a few aches and pains after packing loading and unloading this lot. They never complained.
Grace did everything for us in an extremely stressful time trying work out - accommodation, pet accommodation, cleaning the property for handover etc. I can't recommend them enough. We checked the prices of self pack containers and the price difference was minimal. I think if we had gone down the self pack track we would still in Victor Harbor screaming at each other. I don't know about other Grace experiences but for Vik and me, Grace get the big thumbs up and 10/10. My only regret is that we didn't fill up the second container instead of getting rid of the many things we could now use here. Any way if in doubt what to do I'd say get onto Grace.

From planning, to surveying to the actual move, I was really happy with how Grace managed my move. The staff on the planning side always returned my calls and emails quickly and were accomodation. The staff that came to pack and unpack my belongings were super professional and also really friendly. I would absolutely use Grace Removalists again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to move interstate

I had a great experience moving with Grace from Adelaide to Melbourne. The service throughout the process was easy, proficient, respectful and helpful. The removalists took care with my goods and showed honesty in reporting one small damaged item which was appreciated. Grace offered to pay for the replacement of this item which I was also impressed with. I would recommend Grace and would definitely use their services again.

It was fabulous. Damian and Adam just got on with the job. No hassles, no dramas. Everything went smoothly, quite the opposite to when I moved my contents IN to storage. No damages, no breakages. Helpful, friendly and professional. As stress free as moving can be.

Quick turnaround from them when we needed household goods shipped from Adelaide to Stavanger asap. Price was lower than what we expected and the service was impeccable. Goods well packaged and arrived in order. Even awkward items like garage tools, workbenches, bikes etc were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Kept us informed of status with regular emails of shipment progress. Very honest company that returned our money promptly when we accidentally made our payment twice. Happily use them again.

MOVE IN DATE 06/10/2022

The Adelaide team were fantastic, my message on a public holiday in Adelaide was answered, a response and date were locked in within 24 hours. A client with 70+ years of artwork to move, was accommodated by a great team who arrived on time, were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Kara in the office was amazing with any questions - Thank you Grace Adelaide

From the moment I booked with Grace, I knew everything was going to be taken care of and under control. I met with Darren in Adelaide who explained everything thoroughly, presented exceptionally well and everything he said would happen throughout the process did, leaving me with no need to worry or question anything. At the other end of the move, the guys on the truck were quick, communicated well and very organised. Very impressed by the whole experience.

Removal went reasonably well. Staff very friendly.

Main concern is labels that are put on every item. Very difficult to remove from some items. Leaves bits of label or glue, especially on wood items. Need different, easy to remove labels.

A seamless international removal by a team of staff who put customers first.

From storage to final delivery, unpack and collection of boxes, service was excellent.

2 Great guys careful with items and careful with items moving into new house

I had a removal from Canberra to Mildura but had to put my items in storage at Grace Adelaide as my new house was not yet ready.
Grace were extremely helpful and organised the whole thing quickly, efficiently and all arrived intact and on time.
A very professional company, friendly customer service and the personnel that packed transported and unpacked my things were friendly and provided a great service.
I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs this type of service.
