They are not forwarding the funds to the travelers
As already reported by others, they are not paying travelers back and they are not responding to queries at the help center!
We are purchasing items and paying with our Money, delivering the items and they are taking our Money. This will go to Court since they are unresponsive.

Brazil charges too much tax on foreign products. Grabr helps paying much cheaper and you can even pay in installments without interest using payment method "mercado pago"
Act like scammers
I created a delivery order for a PS 5 and paid $967.63 when the PS 5 was only $649. Of these also, $190 is the traveler's reward, $78 is the Grabr commission. The traveler accepted the order for execution on April 23, 2024 and marked it as “Purchased” on April 26, 2024. My order #5250555 was due for delivery on May 2, 2024.
As it turned out later, the goods were not actually purchased, but only ordered with delivery. This came to light on May 1, 2024, and the traveler informed me that the item would not be delivered because it had not been delivered to him.
I asked him to cancel the order so another traveler could fill it. They refused and told me that the goods had already been purchased and would be delivered in about a month. I replied that I don’t need it in a month, I need the goods this month.
I asked customer service to cancel the order because the delivery was not completed on time. They refused and told me that the goods would be delivered on the traveler’s next trip. They don’t care about that I need it on this month. I, the buyer of this service, am not protected in any way from failure to fulfill obligations under our agreement by traveler.
I was deceived by a traveler when he set the status to "Purchased" even though he didn't have my item. Now your service is deceiving me - because it turns out that the delivery date may shift by a month, regardless of my needs and our agreement.
Also, your service, offering me to wait an indefinite amount of time before the goods are delivered, did not even offer to remove the traveler’s reward and its commission for my inconvenience - how is that even possible? I must pay both the traveler's reward and the commission for your failure to fulfill the contract and failure to meet delivery deadlines (!).
UPDATE on May 10, 2024
With great difficulty, I managed to get my unfulfilled order closed. Then they offered me to return my money either to their internal wallet or to my card from which I transferred the money to them. And, without waiting for my decision, they returned my money to my internal wallet (!!!). I requested a refund to my card and was offered 3 options, but no option to return to my card (!!!!). I demanded that the money be returned to my card because the other options were unacceptable to me. I believe that these are scammers, they are deliberately stalling for time and offering obviously unacceptable return options so that they keep my money.

It is the alternative to buying locally
It is the alternative to buying locally. Although some travelers charge much more than suggested (up to triple or more), it is a good option. I would look for travelers to try to get closer to the value suggested by Grabr.
