Ordered a watercolor book on landscapes in the beginning of August and have the item number A12100121123 for$19.59 and tracking number and the reason why it’s not being shipped is GRABIE wrote down my address wrong. They have my cell number and could have contacted me on this issue but it’s 58 days now and no response back from my 2 emails and 2 attempts on trying to reach them on their Instagram page and still Nothing. I had friends that wanted to get stuff from GRABIE but I talked them all out of it. Here’s why because of what I mentioned above. GRABIE says they reply back within 2 days and to be patient. Well I’m seriously done with GRABIE cause they are a fraud company in my opinion and I see it with plenty on this site that others agree with me. All I wanted was what I paid for on my hard earned money and being a paid customer they really just push you to the side cause all they really wanted was the money and forget if customer needs help with their order. Business like this tends to fail when the time is right.

I bought glitter pens in two separate orders with the same address around the same time. One arrived just fine, but there was a "problem" with the other one. I started communication on September 19th and they responded to me three days later. I responded right away and still had to wait a few days for them to reply to tell me I need to send additional payment to reship the item. I sent them payment for the additional shipping (which should be waived at this point) and they have not given me any confirmation that they received payment or that they are sending me my $40 order. I have followed up numerous times and I am getting crickets from them. What is going on with your customer service? Can I please have my order?

I have used their watercolors, and as a beginner hobbyist like them a lot. This led me to order some additional products from them over a week ago. The website says up to 3 business days for shipping. We have exceeded that with no change in my order. I have sent emails to customer service and contacted them via social media accounts. Crickets. Their site also says they “prioritize customer” service. If I cannot get any movement soon (and mind you, I am working with the expectation of the shipping time frame under the FAQs in their website) I will have to file a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. It’s disappointing because they make good product.

I ordered a little floral box of watercolors and absolutely love it. What a great deal. I immediately did the test page to show how each color looks on paper. I'm not a watercolorist and I think now I am. Painted the table of elements and had such good color choices. Thanks Grabie!

I placed an order for two sets of gel pens and two other items. I only received one set of the pens and they were like $30 each!!! I sent multiple emails and was told they would look into it, but it has been over 16 days now without a follow up response. Awful customer service.

These pens are some of the best Glitter Gel pens I've every bought. The colours are vibrant and the amount of ink is more than any other pens I've seen out there. So why the 3*? That comes from Grabie's customer service & boarding on shady business practices. These pens were listed twice on the website under different descriptions, one stating they are iridescent the other not. Making you believe there 2 versions of the pens. Which would have been great. But that's not the case they are identical, the same set of pens listed twice. When I contacted customer service to let them know I'd received 2 packs of the iridescent pens, not what I believed I'd ordered, 1 iridescent & 1 not. Their answer was that they had the same item number. The only place I actually could find an item number was on the confirmation email but that was only after they told me it was there. Who actual looks for item numbers. Shoppers look at images and descriptions, not numbers. Which I'm sure they are taking advantage of. So beware.
