Delivery fail and refund fail
Delivery impossible to pickup, asked for a refund, had to fight to get it accepted, still waiting for it after 3 weeks.

Wrote in English from gplshop.se. Reassured me that order would come from Sweden even though placed on gplshop.co.uk The UK website identified that I lived in the EU so any order placed was filled direct from Sweden, avioding customs and VAT issues. Clever and quick.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - supply and delivery - again.
Have now had 3 deliveries of Husqvarna parts from Gplshop.se.
Each time, they have had the part in stock, delivered it immediately and all at competitive price.
Unfortunately the third time, I had to pay import duty (for the first time), so future orders may not be as competitively priced, although there doesn’t appear to be a UK supplier who has any of the parts in stock that I have required and certainly not at the Gplshop price.
