Only goog thing is i don't have to deal with them anymore

the whole team is nothing but liars, secondly they don't understand about construction work, and from the beginning they are never available, I am in an even worse situation than before

These have been with me from start to the finish they are amazing company no hassle, they do what the say I strongly recommend them

They were very professional and kept in regular contact with me.

They came out in July to look at the house and fit stuff needed for the house a radiator in the kitchen and many issues needing repairing in the house I'm disgusted as they haven't done anything to fix these issues they haven't come back since July

Gowing Law completed the process quickly and swiftly and was professionally throughout. However, they took a very big percentage of our claim and we were left with virtually nothing.

I don't know if you scam everyone you are supposed to help. . But what you said I would get and the £50 you sent me . Are so far apart.

They entered my house under false pretences, saying they were working with Bristol City Council on repairs. The leaflet they left gave no mention of it being a law firm, then letters started being delivered from this law firm. The email doesn't work, the telephone was not clear (on their end, ours was fine), but we haven't received anything else from them

Took the details of my case and did nothing about it. Majority of responses were indirect and likely automated and i saw no steps to making any progress on the case. Wasted my time i advice you dont waste yours

Great guys really helped

They ended up being part of the circus they were supposed to help me fight. I given them the documents requested so many times for them to call and tell me again, after months have passed, that I need to send it to them. In the meantime, my case was passed to another person (twice I think), and they don't bother passing on the information they've got on you.Today I received the closure letter stating: "Not providing instructions".
Identity and privacy are not safe with them in my opinion.
