I spoke to Hannah who was very helpful, efficient, and followed through with the action steps we discussed. This was an easy process and I'm very appreciative of people in customer service who are still polite, patient, and truly help resolve the issues that I/others may have. Taylor's help - THANK YOU!

Taylor was immeasurable in helping me to FINALLY get an appointment at the airport with Global. I tried for a number of days with many unexpected obstacles, much less telling me my email was already in use. It was just a cycle of getting no where. I wrote to Global and Taylor stepped right in and got me where I needed to be and it was not only an hour. It was a few days of back and forth to put all in place. I am truly grateful and deeply appreciative to her. I would not have been successful without her assistance and incredible kindness and patience. I was feeling very overwhelmed and hopeless. Thank you tremendously Taylor.

Positive Experience

Beth was very responsive to my questions and walked me through the process. She treated me as a professional and helped me access the online system to speed the review up. Ask if you have any questions regarding the process rather than be frustrated.

I completed the process to get My TSA…

I completed the process to get My TSA pre-check, but do not remember receiving a number. I emailed their customer service, thinking with the government shutdown and all it works take days to hear back. However, Haidee
From Pre TSA Assistance replied within 12-hours and helped me get my number, which I needed door an upcoming trip. Thank you Haidee for your quick reply and assistance.

I contacted the US Passport office for support because the link to my application was not working, the reply email address was not working - returned undeliverable and I had a typo that needed to be corrected and Stella was excellent!! She provided amazing customer service, with professionalism, grace, knowledge and respect. Thank you again Stella for your kindness. Satisfied Customer :)

This site is awful

This site is awful, confusing at best but importantly they tell you that you have your ESTA when in fact you don't, I turned up at the airport with confirmation in hand, only to be told that I didn't have it so missed my flight and rang a lot of numbers before getting in touch with Beth, a credit to your service bit still confused, no criminal record nothing and yet not able to travel there trust pilot is also shit! Just saying

I had a marvelous Government worker

I had a marvelous Government worker, Haide, who consistently and rapidly answered my panicked questions, even on a Sunday! She reassured me continuously and also facilitated finalizing my Global Entry card when I was confused by the directions. If they allowed it, I would give her TEN stars! Thank you, Haide!
