Total scam that takes your money for things you can get for free. I didn't read the cancellation policy carefully, though admittedly, it's buried in the process.

I just want to warn anyone who goes to this site to leave immediately. Complete rip-off that dupes people and delivers nothing for the $59.95 required.

This company is a SCAM. Same thing here, I paid 59.95 and got NOTHING. They cover themselves with all the forms. DO NOT USE THEM! The representative at vital records even told me. I feel so dumb.

I concur with other comments. They did NOTHING to secure my birth certificate except mail me a form. They then refuse to refund my $$ through the credit card company dispute because I read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
FRAUD AND SCAM. In Georgia you need only go to your local health department or courthouse…

This is a scam they said they could get my birth certificate and all they did was take $60 and give me the application that was online that's printable and I still have to send it in and pay the original fees a total scam do not use it for anything all they're going to do is get you the forms that you can download yourself and when you try to discuss it with them no refunds under any circumstance learn the hard way

I placed an order for my birth certificate in February and have not received ANYTHING from them. I call and send emails with no response cause there’s never any way of talking with a person . The phone number only refers you back to the website it’s a circle of nothing

When I didn't need their service as planned, I emailed them and received a response in the same day. I asked for a refund and it was returned to me with in a day. Great service.

Great experience, fast, quick, and easy. I needed an EIN number for one of our sister Churches in California and we received it within 3 working days as promised.

I have been ripped off by these people but I have obtained an attorney and they are going to pay for their deceptive advertising and I have also created a website solely focused on these worms!

They promised prompt delivery of birth certificate after grief online application process.

Then just after you have paid they inform you that they are sending via snail mail a packet which must be filled out.

Immediately emailed them twice, and they said they would get back to me within one business day and it is five days later and definitely haven’t heard back.
Website doesn’t even allow to directly file complaint for return, and emails don’t allow reply.
Scam, avoid, keep your money.

Scam to not let you know this is not the government site and they charge you double for same service and don’t let you know that until it’s too late. Job gets done but you can do it cheaper through gov’t for same amount of time.

We have a candle business and needed a Resale Permit quickly. The process was extremely easy and we had our permit e-mailed to us in less than 12 hours. We also purchased the hard copy and received that within a week!!

This place is a complete scam. Even this website knows this they removed 72 other bad reviews. They make you believe you're getting a document but they're just charging you for the free paperwork you could get to file the document charge me $59.99 to get free paperwork. Completed paperwork online for $22 for birth certificate. Please do not do this and trust point is covering for these people

complete scam. Just a front to take your money. You can bypass them and go directly to other sites to get your documents
