While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Misleading and incompetent site.

This is a FRAUD site run by some incompetent people. They are very slow. Their website is not transparent and hide information about the time of processing. It may be because they have very few or parttime legally qualified people on board. Almost all public departments have provisions for applying the RTI online directly. That process is fast and easy I recommend that than wasting your time and money on this site with a misleading name ' online RTI'.

Clever naming of site fooling users into believing it is the Government website

From the name you might think you are going to an official Indian Government website but you would be wrong! Their name is highly similar to the Government of India website! The legitimate GOI website is rtionline.gov.in, however the majority of Indians are not that savvy to distinguish the fact that it should be 'gov.in' as a suffix. Even we, careful though we are, got stung by a similar URL whose name was almost identical to the legitimate Government website offering a different service.

Therefore IMHO it is a scam because they have not made it obvious that they are NOT a Government authority and that you will be charged a service fee for using their PRIVATE services.
