The jersey was sized right! Also the print was better than expected! So very pleased with the jersey I bought for a gift. I was proud to give it!

The products seemed good quality but unfortunately they sent the wrong size and one of the items didn’t have pockets despite saying it would. That being said, the customer service team were very helpful and even ordered me a new pair in a new size and with pockets, they were very responsive and helpful so I can’t fault them for that.

When I had a problem with sizing and some of the stitching, Aaron in customer service was very helpful. Items replaced without a quibble.

FANTASTIC QUALITY products - well packaged and delivered quickly. Superb for all cyclists. Really top quality company. recommended highly.

I made a mistake with the sizing and had to return the goods to the UK. Good customer service helped me through the replacement process. It took about a month to get the new shirts due to errors in China, but I’m pleased with the jerseys. They’re exactly as shown on the website. Good zippers, proper pockets and the silicone hems keep the shirttails where you want them. I’ve worn both of mine several times already, and they’re great.

Great jerseys, they're a close fit but they are cycling jerseys so that's what I wanted. They take a while to arrive as they are straight from China (but I guess that's why they're cheaper than most.)

Pockets are a good size, zips work well. Got exactly what I ordered.

Wife has said I looked OK in them which made a change from telling me I was having a mid life crisis.

Liked the two jerseys I bought,good quality but a bit on the small size, took about 3weeks to arrive.

Managed to replace for different sizes with no problems, good communication. Took a while to arrive both times but that's to be expected.

Two months later still have not received the jersey I ordered, do not use this company.

The positive is that the goods were as advertised, this was a retro cycling jersey. It looks exactly as advertised and is nice quality.
The downside is that the delivery is sent from China direct and took 3 weeks to arrive.

It’s difficult to rate a product you ordered 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for it to be delivered.

Terrible service. Ordered a cycling jersey for a birthday present, and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting, following a response from the customer service team that told me, “delays were quite common these days”. Not acceptable, very disappointed.

Be careful with size as a medium is similar to a small if you don’t normally buy cycling tops. Delivery may take a while but it’s worth the wait. Customer service with a problem was excellent and could not have hoped for a better experience.

Brilliant customer service. I had an issue with a jersey I ordered due to sizing; I emailed the team with the issue, they responded immediately and dealt with it promptly and generously. Would definitely recommend.

Size came up small, but it was quickly replaced at no extra cost to me. Fantastic customer service (Jul21)
