The gear arrived pretty fast. I'm quite tall and skinny, finding the right size was complicated. The company helped me great after receiving the gear and I had to return some items. Service is great!

Poor delivery service, 9 business days to dispatch a simple order, followed by their own atrocious delivery schedule of between 9 & 17 business days for delivery thereafter, so up to 26 business days from order, over 5 weeks, definitely won't use again

I didn’t realise when I ordered that the product was coming from Hong Kong and would take a good month to arrive. When it did arrive, it was far too small, despite using the size guides. They offered to give me a 50% reduction on the price which in the end turned out more cost effective than paying the postage to return (they clearly preferred not to have it back). So we now have a cycling shirt that looks great but is far too small for use!

On arrival I was very pleased with my new Falcon Cycles s/s cycling top, fitted perfectly and ideally suits my two Falcon road bikes. Already been worn on a long ride and 10/10.

When I tried to provide feedback GoVelo's email link sent me to a malfunctioning page. Other than that product is OK. They did chase me up after I posted this review and I got a 50% refund, as they wouldn't replace it for a bigger size once I'd used it, even if I washed it first so credit for customer awareness but the sizing, wait and inflexibility over returns prevents a higher score.
