Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

8 Bottles ordered 5 arrived in tact.
Whilst I hate giving bad reviews I think people in the UK should be very aware of this, I ordered 8 70cl bottles of grey goose vodka which in fairness to the company were I assume packaged well, I had a letter to pay £139.71 in import tax which I did. The package arrived 3 bottles smashed so ended up with 5 bottles costing around £82.00 per bottle. This might not happen to you please just know it might, again this I don't think is TCM Gourmet but it should be noted.

I was informed well on receipt of the order but had no notice of it being despatched. the next I heard was a request, by the courier, to pay Custom charges. If I was aware that custom charges would be payable my order would have been different. I did not see any mention of these charges when I placed the order.
