I don't live on the moon and now they give the excuse that I don't deliver because i don't have a spanish telefone number. No solution, no delivery point possible the only option given by licorea is pay again, the second time delivery costs and then pick it up at the store wich is almost 100km in total from my adres in Catral. I won't pay two times delivery costs because the stupid Zeleris driver can't find my adres and both Licorea and Zeleris lay the problem by me. I am sick of it and still don't have my order so getting more angry by the day. Licorea minus 10 points

I ordered a£8 bottle of brandy. Paid £27 incling what I thought wS shipping .thenUPS delivery driver wanted £22.6in cash to hand it over.

Ordering from the company was great, very easy and it looks like your getting a great bargain but ordering from the UK is not worth it. I thought I would give it a try because the fee that Licorea charge seems very reasonable but once the duty tax is added you realise you should have just bought your alcohol from Tesco.
I won't be using this company again.

I made an order and paid extra for door to door delivery. Although i waited at home for two days waiting for delivery the package never showed up and no one phoned askeing for directions. At the end, they said they'll drop it somewhere and I can go find it.
I get lots of deliveries at my address... Seur, Amazon etc. But these idiots can't find it. Although my phone number was on the order, no one ever called asking for directions.
Stay away from this company the same product is cheaper on Amazon and you'll have a better chance of getting delivery.
Now I have had a response from Licorea and wish to make some response to their text.
FIRST - Yes I did pay extra for home delivery as it was a greater cost than to pick it up. Now they say it is somewhere that I have to go pick it up. Nothing about refunding the difference.
SECOND - I waited at home all day for each of the two days that they promised to deliver, and no one came to my door and no one phoned my number that was on the order.
When the company says door to door delivery, that is what I have paid for and what I expect.
Yes I have had previous orders, that I paid a lesser shipping rate and picked up myself.
This time I paid for delivery and to this point have received nothing.
Now the Licorea is trying to blame the problem on me?
Licorea took the payment for the product from me, I haven't received the product I paid for. If the shipping company says they knocked on my door, they are lying.
I was home all day both days that they said they tried to deliver and no one was home. Also, my phone number was on the order, if they couldnt find the house they should phone that number.
THIRD - How could it be possible for me to refuse the package when it never arrived? I'd love to have it sent back and refund the money, but I don't have it and have never seen it. All I know is I paid for it and I have never seen it.
Lastly - I was in contact with your service guys after the first non delivery and the person said that they would tell the company to deliver it again.
Now they are telling me to walk 6.5 kms to where the shipping company dropped it off, and pick it up myself.
Now it August 15, no delivery, no refund. Terrible company. I made a huge mistake ordering from them.
Re Licorea reply: well isn't that great, you shysters! I have never seen the delivery, never been contacted about it, never told where it is other than a place, two months ago many kilometers, from where I live. Licorea is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are crooks.

Great service and shipped quickly to the UK.
The courier used was UPS, however they charged more in brokerage charges than the tax that I had to pay. UPS appear an expensive courier to use, and as a result I will mot buy from Licorea again unfortunately.
Having seen a number of negative reviews on here, I was unsure about ordering from Licorea, but thought it worth a shot.
I managed to get some items with really good offers, and rather than waiting for one to be restocked, their customer service dept happily replaced it with something else, and shipped it out the same day as the stock issue was brought up, so I cannot fault them in that respect.
UPS has delivered my order after a couple of delays, but the customs declaration they placed on the excise was for the entire amount of liquid in the order, and not just the amount of "pure alcohol" in each bottle.
I have raised a dispute with UPS who have resolved and recalculated the amount I actually owed, and expect a refund when Customs has processed it.
If you live in the UK, research how much you are meant to pay, and check that the amount is for the alcohol content and not total volume of liquid on any orders shipped here.

my order was 220 euros, then on the day of delivery i get an email from UPS demanding £239.28 for delivery
i have been unable to get Licorea to respond to me and when i search their website i find how I've been miss led. it clearly shows the same price for delivery in spain as you see on your invoice making you assume thats the postage, but if you search right at the bottom of the page in very small writing there's a link for delivery and you go to another page which then stated they take insurance payment but you pay UPS on delivery of your order. but you wouldn't find this link with this information unless you knew to search for it. i even spoke to an advisor as they happily took my money but no order was dispatched, when i contacted them they stated that they have a bug in their system and do not know who makes the payments, you have to contact them to show them proof of payment for them to attach the payment to your order. The agent also never stated that delivery wouldn't be paid until arrival or that the payment id made assuming it was postage ( i even mentioned the payment as i asked could he not do an offer on the postage due to their error) So i can see why now that i check TRUSTPILOT why so many reviews say order and payment made and no delivery. Also with their webpage being so misleading with the shipping costs why so may people have written about being ripped off over delivery cost. If id have remembered to read trust pilot first id have gone else where but now i have to decide do i spend more on delivery than the entire parcel cost or just loose the 220 euros to a bad experience and use social media to warn all my friends and family of this company misleading people. Power of social media i hope will at least make me feel better that people will know not to use this company for its misleading website.
To reply to your reply, we have had no conversation about this issue and at no time was I ordering in a hurry so did not read correctly. Also these disclaimers did not pop up as your company admitted you had a glitch that day with the system that took my payment but did not complete the order so you claimed you couldn't send my goods until I contacted you a week later asking where my parcel was. I appreciate I didn't see the tiny "shipping" at the very bottom of the page that you open and then have to translate to English to read but no way did I not read all relevant information that was obviously available. All your responses to negative reviews place the blame on the purchaser at no point do you admit you may have been in error which speaks for itself really. Also I have just checked your page again and the is no side banner from a hand device. I assume you may have one if you use a full web page computer but these days most orders would be from mobiles or tablets where this banner is not visible.

Licorea really don't give any clue just how much UPS are going to charge for delivery. I paid £220 for goods that UPS then charged £165 to deliver, turning them from cheap to expensive.

Great company, i was looking for a speciality product not available in Ireland. They had it and it was shipped perfectly in good time. I will use them again.
I mistakening placed an order.
After contacting them they cancelled the order and was promised a full refund within 14 days.
This time elapsed and I have heard nothing since.

Ordered 5 bottles of spirits. On website which is pretending to have a branch in the UK, big letters ORDER FROM THE UK and British flag. They first said they are missing one out of 5 bottles stating 1 week delay after that week of waiting they said another two are not in stock and another week after that they said that one of the bottles still not available. it took them over one month to send it from Spain.
Using horrendous UPS now Licorea is blaming UPS for not delivering my spirits and UPS blaming Licorea not having provided proper invoice.
tried to speak with them on the phone choosing english speaking option and the person answering saying "Don't speak english, the person who speak english on holiday."
Also they have send it via standard route so I am expected to deal with the customs paperwork and their bureaucracy.
After many days and countless hours on the phone with UPS. UPS demanding !!£221!! tax for 5 bottles of spirit costing only £190 which is over !!105%!! just on duty to deliver it.
When asking Licorea for the estimate of added fees I have been told max around £55 pounds. Due to their incompetence I had to be several days on the phone with the UPS for hours and hours!
Still haven't receive the goods and Licorea trying to have me to do the work and to deal with customs while stating on their website that I am ordering in the UK!
If there is no english speaking representative and the issue is not sorted within the end of the week I will demad a return and NEVER deal with Licorea again.
I am happy to amend this review if you repair the damage you already caused.

You make purposefully the website look like if ordering from the UK-decietful! No, you personally have told me over a phone call conversation that the duty and fees will NOT exceed £60 and you knew very well what percentage of alcohol you are sending! You knew what are you sending and gave me completely false estimate. If you were honest you would give me accurate estimate and I would never deal with you. Your items were listed "in stock" you admitted week by week that that is not true it took you !3! weeks to sotr it out and each week you said you will send it in a few days! Instead of apology for absolutely unprofessional behaviour you arguing that the small print "terms and conditions" i agreed on is justifing you to be very unprofessional, deceitful and giving me completely wrong estimate of the taxes in order for me not to cancel the order! You knew very well what percantage and volume of alcohol I am ordering and based on that you personaly told me that is around £55 NOT £221 which you knew I would never agree on.
Further more UPS is saying that you haven't provided proper information and that's why I had to do forms I don't understand to.
Instead of trying to find solution for a problem you caused with decietful duty estimate which was a blatant lie you are only trying to blame me for ticking the terms of condition box.
As you are not being helpful, more like the opposite and refusing to sort this roblem out by blaming me instead of admitting how badly you misinformed me about the maximum duty I would pay directly in a phonecall very well aware exactly what I am buying knowing that if you say it will be around £200 I would never agree on this.
You leave me with no option then first thing on Monday I will instruct UPS return the product I bought based on deceitful information. And will demand full refund. If you refuse to cooperate as you are doing now I will take case against you with the citizen advisors.

One order was well over €150 and was delayed with a border force check adding a two week delay, though still not charges, but all the others arrive in 7-10 days.
